In 21st century, the broad application of information technology provides a new platform for secondary technical schools. The ministry of education clearly points out that the wide application of information technology in teaching process should be pushed. At present, an important task which confronts every teacher is to make better use of information technology to conduct teaching reform, so as to increase the learning interest of students and the teaching quality via optimizing teaching design and exploring new teaching mode.The object of the thesis is rite course reform of secondary technical schools, and the research goal is to explore a new rite teaching mode with information technology. The author exerts her rich experience in Jiangxi Statistic School with the guide of modern education theory and experiment method, then reached an integral mode combined with information technology and rite course, which includes classroom teaching mode based on multimedia technology, action mode based on role play, study mode based on survey & research, and case study mode.It has been greatly changed in the new teaching mode which includes the role of teacher, the teaching format and teaching content, as a result, which also increases the students' interest and information ability. The research shows that, during the new mode, the software and hardware environment offers guarantee, students are the principle part, while teachers are the key part and teaching design is the soul. The research has boosted the education reform of rite course. At the same time, it also provides suggestion for further creative education reform in secondary technical schools.
