In China's new century education planning,education informatization and vocational education have become the focus of education development.In this double background,studying the vocational schools' information technology education deeply is to follow the new education situation move.How to carry out the teaching of information technology subject in secondary technical vocational school,to promote the students' learning interest and the application level of information technology,becoming the urgent problem of information technology teaching in vocational schools and putting forward high demand for the information technology teachers in secondary technical vocational school.The teacher's speech behavior directly affects the students' understanding and application of the teaching content,and determines the success or failure of the teaching practice.In terms of information technology teachers,how to communicate effectively with students in the classroom and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching has become an important issue.The article mainly analyzes and studies the problems existing in the classroom speech behavior of information technology teachers,analyzes the causes and puts forward the suggestions for correcting the problems,hopes to provide references for the information technology teachers and improves the quality of teaching.Analyzing the literatures about teachers' classroom speech behavior and defining the related concepts is the prerequisite requirement of this study;Choosing the appropriate information technology teachers in secondary technical vocational school as the research object,observing their classroom teaching and recording the teaching video,interviewing some teachers and students is the basic of this study;Using Flanders Interactive Analysis System to encode teaching video is the key of this study.Concluding the problems of classroom speech behavior in information technology teachers based on the system data and the interview content of teachers and students is the main task of this study;Analyzing the causes and putting forward reasonable suggestions on the base of the existing problems,improving the classroom teaching effectiveness of information technology in secondary technical vocational schools and promoting the teachers' professional development is the ultimate goal of this study.The conclusion of this study is as follows:The problems of information technology teachers'classroom speech behavior in secondary technical vocational school are mainly concentrated on:teaching speech too long,asking speech inefficiency,lacking of encouraging speech,lacking of speech charm;Analyzing the causes of the problem mainly are teachers lacking of teaching reflection,lacking of subject teaching knowledge,lacking of frontier guidance and speech training,lacking of comprehensive literacy;Putting forward the corresponding correction suggestions are experts leading and deep reflecting,setting problem fine,enriching the knowledge reserves,enhancing humanistic quality,creating language training situation.
