College students are still teenagers,which means their bodies are still developing and there is still room for improvement in physical quality.For hurdling,improving athletes' coordination is one of the important factors to improve hurdling performance.In the hurdling training,coordination runs through it all the time,because coordination is an important quality that integrates all physical qualities in the hurdling events.Through the combination of figure skipping and hurdle teaching,this paper hopes to find a new teaching aid to improve the monotonous current situation of classroom coordination training methods,and improve students' coordination through the new teaching aid,so as to improve students' hurdle technology.In this study,class 9 and class 12 of grade 2017 physical education in guang z hou physical education institute were selected as the experimental subjects(including24 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class),and the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and experiment were adopted.The experimental class carried out the intervention of pattern skipping in the teaching preparation part,while the control class adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the two classes carried out the four-week teaching experiment at the same time.After the experiment,the students of the control class and the experimental class were tested on the evaluation of hurdling technology of 110 m hurdles.The following conclusions are drawn from the experiment:1.after a month of synchronized jumping rope intervention,the cross in the experimental class compared with that in comparative classes before and after the experiment,the experimental classes quadrant running jump,30 meters rhythm and eyes stand out in a timing and ladder legs jump produced significant differences(P <0.05),suggesting figure jump rope to student's body coordination and brain coordination ability have a positive impact,can help students better establish internal learning function;The one-minute rope skipping produced a very significant difference(P < 0.01),indicating that the students in the experimental class had a positive response to the one-minute jump because they often practiced continuous single shake warm-up and learning movements in the warm-up session to improve the movement consistency of the students.2.After the experiment classes and that in comparative classes hurdle technology evaluation result has a significant difference,that after 16 hours of rope skippinglearning pattern,by enhancing the students' sense of rhythm,balance,agility,coherent ability and the ability to transform posture,in the process of learning hurdles indirectly promote the development of the hurdle technology.
