The new curriculum standard "Physical Education and Health" respects students’ individuality,value and personality,and takes many measures to meet the different needs of students’ education.It requires that the curriculum and target system of quality education should be constantly improved with the reform of education as the starting point.It requires that the educational concept should be transformed,the educational concept should be upgraded,and the teaching methods suitable for the new youth in the new era should be explored actively.Learning,enjoying the classroom,growing happily,and constantly improving the scientific level of teachers’ organizing classroom teaching;we should build the physical education curriculum into a quality education class that students like and enjoy,and teachers and students experience together.Under the call of the new curriculum standard,this research returns to the essence of teaching,launches the quality education research of high school basketball,and advocates the application of heuristic teaching method in high school basketball teaching.In theoretical research,this study uses the methods of documentation and expert interviews to elaborate the historical origin of heuristic teaching,teaching ideas,methodological characteristics,concept definition,key implementation and so on.In practical research,this study explores the teaching process,methods and methods of heuristic teaching method by means of practical teaching method,mathematical analysis method,logical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and so on.Effectiveness,with objective experimental data analysis,whether heuristic teaching method is suitable for high school basketball teaching under the new curriculum standard.In this study,the teachers and students of ten high school basketball elective classes in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were investigated to understand the requirements of basketball education reform in high school under the new curriculum standard and the demands of current students for basketball course learning.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching method and heuristic teaching method were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the author took the high school affiliated to Guangzhou University as a senior high school for one year.The two basketball elective classes of Grade I were taken as the experimental subjects,and the traditional and heuristic basketball teaching methodswere given respectively.After the end of the teaching experiment,the physical fitness,dribbling skills and shooting skills of the students in successive classes were tested comparatively.The content of comparison has two aspects: one is to compare the test results of the same class before and after the experiment;the other is to compare the two classes with different teaching methods,which class has a greater promotion and better teaching effect after the implementation of the teaching experiment.The results show that although both teaching methods can improve students’ basketball quality,heuristic teaching method has a greater improvement and better teaching effect.This study also summarizes and summarizes the relevant problems in the heuristic basketball teaching course,and analyses that heuristic teaching method can improve teaching efficiency,stimulate learning interest,give full play to initiative,set up learning examples and improve students’ sense of acquisition.This study gives specific heuristic teaching implementation methods,that is,it can use theoretical,practical and comparative inspiration.Enlightenment,visual contrast and inspiration strategies,such as voice inspiration,emotional inspiration,explanation inspiration,questioning inspiration in the process of high school basketball teaching,in order to achieve better teaching results.Finally,according to the heuristic teaching method used in the current high school basketball teaching curriculum,this study puts forward several points for attention: the preparation of lessons by heuristic teaching method should be adequate,the key of heuristic teaching is to stimulate students’ subjective initiative,the idea of heuristic teaching should pay attention to flexible use,dialectical use,and the soul of heuristic teaching lies in continuous exploration and progress.In this way,I hope this study can provide a reference for enriching the teaching methods of physical education workers and improving the teaching effect of quality education in middle schools,and contribute a little to the quality education reform of basketball course in high schools under the new curriculum standard.
