Due to its own characteristics, badminton events have high requirements on the coordination of various parts of the body.Athletes who do not pay attention to the correct training methods in ordinary sports will encounter the risk of chronic sports injury, which will hinder the improvement of competitive level. The emergence of functional motion screening helps to solve this problem.Through this screening,it is possible to understand the athlete's sports weakness and injury risk in a timely, convenient and efficient manner. On this basis, formulating a reasonable training program can effectively improve the flexibility of the athlete's joints, better shape the muscle group, systematically improve the flexibility of the ligament, and ultimately help the athlete to build a stable core strength and achieve physical fitness aims.Applying functional action screening to badminton events can not only make the physical training of badminton players more reasonable and efficient, but also provide more practical cases for the further application of functional action screening tests in the sports field. The development of the sports cause has important influence and positive significance. In this paper, the literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method are used to conduct in-depth research on the functional movement screening test for physical fitness training of badminton students in the School of Physical Education,Harbin Normal University.Taking 26 badminton students of Harbin Normal University as the research object, they were divided into experimental group and control group.Physical fitness training programs based on functional motion screening and traditional physical training programs were used for physical fitness training. After 12 weeks of physical training, the functional motion screening test was performed again, and the test results were analyzed by SPSS24.0 statistical software. The experimental group's functional action screening test score increased from 15.62 points to 18.23 points, and the scores of all the tests improved.Among them, the upper stride, trunk stable push-ups,and rotation stability improved significantly. The score of the control group did not change much after training, from 15.46 points to 16.15 points before, and the test scores were not significantly improved. The following conclusions are obtained by analyzing the data:1.Badminton students can evaluate basic movements through functional movement screening tests during training. We can find weak points in the physical fitness of the research subjects from the test results, and even some students have already noticed obvious differences in left-right symmetry.Need to improve this in daily physical training or physical fitness;2.Research on the impact of different training years and gender on test results and found that training years have little effect on test results, but gender has a certain impact on test results.Because women have better innate flexibility and flexibility than men, women will perform better than men in individual tests such as shoulder flexibility.Men will have better results in individual tests such as physical stability push-ups because of innate stability than women. In women3.Through functional fitness training that lasted for 12 weeks, the functional tests of 13 badminton students had improved in seven individual items.Among them, the test results such as trunk stability push-ups were significantly improved. It shows that through the physical training program based on functional action screening, the training of badminton students is more standardized and the compensatory movement is reduced, which is of great significance for preventing sports injuries and improving the level of competition.
