Education is not only about the country but also about the people's livelihood,it is about today and tomorrow.For school education,it not only shoulders the people who cultivate all-round development under the requirements of national unification,but also undertakes the mission of promoting local economic development and cultural inheritance,as well as meeting the needs of individual reality.These three goals are a mutually reinforcing relationship,however,in the reality of school education practice,the development of school education is often dissociated between the three types of subjects,so that the three "a loss of loss",and ultimately towards "deviation." School education needs to maintain a dynamic and peaceful relationship between meeting the needs of the country,society and individual values,in order to promote the healthy and harmonious development of school education.In order to better explain the three-point framework of "state-society-individual",a certain representative and typical Yunnan XX County National Middle School was selected as the object of investigation,through investigation,analysis,revelation and search of the current school education value orientation "deviation" status quo,reasons and corresponding adjustment path.Through the case study method,and the comprehensive use of participatory observation,in-depth interviews and other methods,found that the current school education value orientation "deviation" of the main manifestations are: One,school education is a departure from the national education policy,the emergence of a lack of clear orientation of school,one-sided pursuit of transition rate,labor and technical education "missing" School education is difficult to adapt to the needs of local production,mainly reflected in the school curriculum content homogenization and training of talent and production life mismatch;third,the local characteristics of educational resources shelved,mainly reflected in the lack of local characteristics of teaching content,cultural activities of the formal form;four,school education is difficult to meet the interests of most of the educated.The main performance is the serious loss of students,further education and employment is hopeless and so on.The above "deviations" have serious consequences.The main reasons for the "deviation" of the value orientation of school education are: the lack of reconciliation of the value orientation of multiple subjects,the negative administration of religion according to law,the lack of understanding of the finiteness of school education and the homogenization of educational evaluation standards.The development of school education has many orientation,and the value appeal of different subjects to school education is also different.Therefore,school education in the development process needs to deal with the value needs of different subjects.This is not only the inherent requirement to improve the quality of school education,but also the proper meaning to promote social harmony and stability.Based on the investigation of ethnic middle schools,this paper analyzes the present situation and causes of its "deviation",and puts forward the adjustment path of "deviation" : encouraging multisubject participation in the management of school education,insisting on the combination of education and productive labor,increasing the development of local and school-based curriculum,expanding the autonomy of school running,and and improve the school education evaluation system.
