Childhood is the life of children,and play is the nature of children.The relationship between childhood and play seems to be perfectly integrated and natural.However,theoretical clarification of this relationship is an important prerequisite for us to establish a scientific and rational concept of children,play and education.As the soul and core of the play,the playing spirit should become the keynote of childhood.Childhood is a meaningful word.Children not only live in kindergartens and schools,but also show their growth in their daily life.When we look around the daily life of children today,it's easy to find that children's life seems to deviate from the direction of the playing spirit,how to play the leading role of the playing spirit in childhood? It is a problem that we must face actively.Based on this,this study focuses on children's play in daily life,and explores the necessary relationship between childhood and the playing spirit by combining theoretical speculation and field investigation.In the first part,the researcher mainly adopts the literature research,According to the true meaning the playing spirit,regards the playing spirit as the abstraction and generalization of the positive experience and quality obtained by the players in the play,and this paper expounds the dialectical relationship between the playing spirit and the play experience,the nature and characteristics of the game,the playing spirit and the play.On this basis,the true meaning of playing spirit is obtained: it refers to a quality of optimistic and a sense of humour that an individual experiences in the play,namely "everyone enjoys it";self-motivated growth during the play;respecting and observing the rules;focusing on process during the play and showing an open mind;daring to create and break through during the play.In the second part,the researcher entered the daily life of children of X community,mainly using observation and in-depth interviews to record children's play life in X community.And from the perspective of the playing spirit to analyze and reveal the hidden problems behind the children's play life of X community.It is concluded that the "empty field" of the playing spirit in children's life today is mainly manifested in five aspects: the absence of pleasure,the retreat of autonomy,the unbalance of rule consciousnes,the violation of the process,and the decline of dreams.In the third part,on the basis of the interaction between theoretical data and empirical data,this thesis reiterates the significance of the playing spirit to the growth of children's life:that is,the realization of the transcendence of playing spirit to children's life,the coincidence between the playing spirit and the poetic nature of children's life,and the satisfaction of playing spirit to children's life experience.This part not only responds to the relationship between the playing spirit and childhood,but also provides a valuable premise for us to guard childhood,and provides a theoretical reference for us to correctly understand the play and children.Finally,parent,as guardians of childhood,should make efforts to guard a childhood full of the playing spirit: in terms of concept,they should respect play and advocat play;in practical and theoretical dimension,we should create a rich and beneficial play situation to expand and deepen children's game participation;in the process of games,to realize the liberation of children and satisfy children's positive experience and the positive qualities during the play,they should give consideration to both "inaction" and "active participation".Only in this way can we protect the happiness of childhood and the future of mankind.
