Under the influence of the quality-oriented education,specialty students are more and more occupied on campus,and the comprehensive development of specialty students should be gradually taken seriously.Compared with other students,the study time of specialty students in cultural course is limited.The improvement of the teaching effect of the ideological and political class will help them to develop in morality and wisdom.This is a very important issue for high school students.Therefore,the study time in the culture class is very limited,it is very important and necessary to effectively improve the teaching quality of the ideological and political course for the specialty class,so as to improve the overall accomplishment and performance of the students.To survey depends on the questionnaires and interviews of some specialty students and cultural students in Liaocheng No.2 Middle School and Liaocheng Shuicheng Middle School,to analyze based on the obtained data,the curriculum,teacher teaching and student learning of the specialty classes were summarized.Among them,in the curriculum,the subject number of specialty class is small,the teaching tasks are not implemented,the teachers lack relative experience.In the teaching of teachers,the teachers' teaching enthusiasm is insufficient.In the students themselves,the curriculum is not valued.The learning effect is not obvious,etc.have become prominent issues.Combining questionnaires,individual interviews with students and teachers,and author observations,analyze the causes of these problems produced,which mainly include three aspects: teaching factors,teacher content factors and students' own factors.In terms of teacher teaching,the teaching method is single,the teaching content is out of touch with the real life.In the teacher's own aspect,the educational concept is seriously insufficient.In the student's own aspect,the cultural knowledge is weak and lacks discipline awareness.According to the reasons of the analyzed problems produced,how to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political courses in the high-level Chinese specialty classes,and put forward targeted strategies and suggestions in the four aspects such as schools,teachers,students and students' families.First of all,teachers should fully understand the personality and characteristicsof the specialty students,fully respect the specialty students,and cultivate their enthusiasm for studying ideological and political courses from the perspective of specialty students.Secondly,cultivate the professional literacy of the specialty class teachers,enhance their professional level,and improve their individual cultural cultivation.Once again,teachers should teach in accordance with their aptitude and in multi-level teaching,which creates a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Finally,play the role of model and build a harmonious educational network between schools andfamilies.
