The emergence and disappearance of life explain the law of nature's recurrence.Time is irreversible,which means that everyone must face death.However,Chinese traditional culture is very taboo about death.Most people think it is unlucky to mention "death".Influenced by this concept,the compilation of senior high school Chinese textbooks in the People's Education Press of China is also very "implicit".Most of the selected death contents are related to the spiritual aspects of patriotism,national justice,personal value and social value,and there are fewer pictures of the meaning and value of individual life and death itself.The development of economy has brought us more diversified ideas.Under this background,the three views of middle school students are influenced by many kinds of ideas.Some middle school students have some problems in the three views.Self-injury and self-mutilation are common,because there are not a few students who choose to commit suicide under the pressure of study and life.Chinese teaching can guide students to correctly understand the meaning and value of life and death by reading the text,and cultivate students to treat life with a healthy,positive and optimistic attitude.This paper takes the compulsory high school Chinese textbook of the people's education edition as the research object,and makes statistics and analysis of the selected death contents,so as to understand the compilation purpose of the editors and the life and death concepts presented by these contents.This paper analyzes the dead content of some representative articles,finds out the advantages and disadvantages of their compilation,and on this basis puts forward some thoughts on the compilation and use of the dead content in Chinese textbooks.This paper has five main parts.The introduction gives a brief review and definition of the concepts related to the content of death in current textbooks,and on this basis puts forward the research content and significance of this paper.The first chapter first carries on the statistics and the classification to the human education edition high school Chinese textbook death content,and carries on the brief analysis to it,points out in the textbook death content compilation merit and shortcoming.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the views of life and death in Chinese and foreign countries on the content of death in textbooks in combination with specific text items,expounds several representative views of life and death in Chinese and western countries,and puts forward the educational value of these views.The third chapter,based on the above analysis of the compilation of death content in textbooks,reflects on the compilation of death content in textbooks in the future,and on this basis,expounds the significance of the concept of life and death education in Chinese teaching.The summary part summarizes some ideas and research process of this paper,and emphasizes that death education should be strengthened in Chinese teaching and the education of life and death should be emphasized.
