Analysis On The Current Situation Of Popularized Swimming In Primary Schools In Liaocheng Cityand Development Model

In recent years,the Shandong Provincial Department of Education,the Sports Bureau,and the Department of Finance jointly launched and deepened the popularization campaign for primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province,with remarkable results.All regions of the province have launched popularized swimming campaigns and explored channels and methods for sustainable development in pilot activities.Since the launch of the popular swimming campaign in 2016,Liaocheng has trained more than 4,850 people.Through these three years of pilot work,it has accumulated certain experience.This paper uses interviews,logic analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,literature and data methods to study students,physical education teachers,parents and school leaders in 11 urban primary schools(one school in each county)in Liaocheng City.The person in charge of the swimming pool and the government leaders conducted investigation and research and analysis.By analyzing a series of problems in the process of popularizing swimming in primary schools in Liaocheng City,this paper summarizes the current situation of the popularization of swimming in primary schools in Liaocheng City and the factors that restrict its development,and proposes a “schoolsponsored” that can be replicated and promoted in the current model.Development model of social co-sponsorship and government supervision.After inquiry and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Pupils have a strong interest in swimming,but they are basically zero-based.2.There are a small number of physical education teachers who have the ability to swim in the primary schools in Liaocheng City.Most physical education teachers cannot teach swimming.3.Whether it is parents,schools or students,there are security concerns.4.The number of swimming venues in Liaocheng City can't meet the demand,and the distribution in each county is not uniform.Most of the existing swimming pools have serious problems such as water pollution,sanitation,and staffing.5.The teaching content and form of universal swimming in primary schools inLiaocheng City are single.The following feasibility suggestions are proposed for the difficulties encountered in the popularization of swimming in primary schools in Liaocheng City:1.The municipal and county-level educational administrative departments and the city's primary schools must stand at the height of the national strategy to ensure the safety of their lives and improve their understanding of the importance of swimming teaching.The consensus is to achieve the goal of “everyone swimming”.2.Establish a group of "double-type" swimming teachers with excellent swimming theory and rich practical experience.3.parents can make full use of summer vacations,weekends to lead children to participate in swimming activities,enhance students' interest in swimming.4.The city leaders should increase the construction of swimming pools(pools),equip facilities,personnel,and encourage schools to solve swimming training problems..5.In the teaching process,use the teaching method reasonably to teach the quality and quantity of the primary school students,enrich the classroom content,flexibly teach the class,and improve the evaluation system.
