Analysis On The Safety Guarantee Factors Of Children's Primary Swimming Teaching In Xining Swimming Club

With the rapid development of China's social economy,people pay more and more attention to health.As a mass fitness program,swimming is deeply loved by the masses.However,due to the particularity of its project,the safety problem of swimming in the swimming place has been very common in recent years.At present,the market has opened a lot of swimming training,more and more children students actively participate in the swimming sports learning,children as the main crowd of swimming teaching instruction,we need to give more attention.However,there are many problems in the safety guarantee of children's primary teaching in swimming clubs.How to use effective measures and methods to ensure children's teaching safety becomes more and more important.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and mathematical statistics are adopted.Research and investigation on the status quo of security factors in primary teaching of children aged 7-12 in five swimming clubs in xining city.And collate and analyze the collected data,The results show that:1.Children's primary safety factors mainly include swimming coaches in swimming teaching of the sense of responsibility,in the teaching of scientific,standardization,the standardization of teaching environment,and children's own three aspects;2.The standard teaching environment of swimming club is one of the strong security measures for teaching,which plays an irreplaceable role in preventing the hidden danger.3.In order to attract children to sign up,many swimming centers adopt the marketing strategy of on-call learning.The teaching organization level is not uniform.4.Children no special lifeguard configuration during the teaching,the coach is not only responsible for teaching and need to be responsible for guarding the safety of children,the swimming pool is not exclusive teaching area,the teaching period was more in tune with peak business period at the same time;5.Swimming pool and coaches safety propaganda does not reach the designated position,attend junior swimming training children's safety consciousness weak,organized,self-discipline,accompanied by parents is also a lack of the natatorium routine safety knowledge;6.The water quality of the natatorium is also an important factor affecting the safety of children's primary swimming teaching.Based on existing problems,the following Suggestions are proposed:1.Strengthen professional qualification training for coaches and lifeguards,and improve teaching ability;2.Optimize swimming teaching training courses and implement stratified teaching;3.Standardize the swimming teaching environment and improve the management system;4.Wearing teaching AIDS to ensure the safety of students;5.Set up special zone for primary class teaching to ensure that children's teaching is not disturbed;6.Intensify efforts to publicize safety knowledge in swimming teaching and establish safety awareness.
