Education is the foundation of the country and the source of a strong country.It is not only about social development,the destiny of the country,but also plays an important role in personal growth.The implementation of compulsory education in China has achieved fruitful results for more than 30 years.However,the tiredness of learning has long been and generally appeared on adolescents.The problem of school dropout caused by tiredness has become one of the most important reasons for adolescents to interrupt their studies.Once adolescents drop out of school because of their tiredness,they are likely to have a negative impact on their future growth and development,and also cause a waste of national educational resources.This paper adopts the social work method of case service,taking the service object Y as an example,through the basic research methods such as interview method and observation method,deeply explores the reasons for the formation of adolescents' tiredness.After research,it is found that the tiredness of Y is obviously synchronized with the common behaviors,personality and emotional changes in adolescence.Sexuality,the process also caused a serious family conflict with Y,further stimulating the evolution of the service object Y tired of learning emotions and other adolescent fluctuations,making Y escape learning and school life.On the basis of this research,the use of the human-center model to intervene in the client is not only limited to direct intervention in the emotional,but also on the adolescent emotional changes and psychological needs of the service target,helping them explore their potential in a way of companionship,care and respect.And promote self-improvement,to help the service object consciously establish the initiative of learning to resolve its tired of learning,and then achieve the overall healthy growth of the service object.After nearly three months of social work service,the service target Y learning attitude and performance have gradually improved,and the relationship with parents has eased,increasing parent-child communication and interaction,the service target is emotionally stable and can correctly treat others' evaluation and influence,the self more open,same,and began to show a strong sense of efficacy and responsibility.The results of this service show that the human-center model has great advantages for dealing with adolescents' tiredness of learning,and is very suitable for adolescents' social work.It can also help adolescents solve their long-term growth while helping them solve current problems.Therefore,in the future social work practice of adolescents,the proportion of the human-center model can be expanded from the breadth and depth.The core concept value of the model help the service object and promote the growth of social workers themselves.
