Poverty in rural areas is very serious realistic problem in China’s economic and social development,in the path of the main exploration for poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation in precise sustainability,a fundamental role in poverty alleviation,let the students from poor families receive fair education,is one of the important tasks of education poverty alleviation work,is also blocking the main path of poor families down.For this reason,the author participated in the demonstration project of poverty alleviation services for social work education carried out by social organizations supported by the central finance in 2019,and found that the fairness of education for poor families in rural areas was more important to the service objects,which was how to enter school and how to improve learning efficiency.This study attempts to use the task-center model and the professional methods of social work to intervene the case service of improving the learning efficiency of students from poor families,and to explore the feasibility and service effect of the task-center model in the field of poverty alleviation through social work education,so as to provide valuable reference for poverty alleviation through education for students from poor families.Exampled by a certain demand of service object gong satisfy service as the center to carry out the case,in the process of the entire service implementation,using the task center mode in eight times,first of all,through defining the problem,sorting,solve problems,find the crux of the insufficient service object learning effectiveness,namely poor study habits and learning attitude is not correct,lack of confidence,together with poor long-term compulsory education method,which thing is in adolescence service objects,learning efficiency.Secondly,from the service object of the personal system,family system,the school system three aspects of the service object learning efficiency to intervene,guide service object to participate in the learning plan and tasks,and actively complete,through changing personal systems play the advantage and potential of the service object,by changing the family member to the service object of the education way family functions,through the school teacher,the teacher in charge of the school of learning guidance function,establish a social worker,families,schools and trinity,poor family student learning efficiency improving network for poor students to elaborate "learning",So that the learning efficiency of the service object can be really improved,develop a good learning habit,learning confidence and motivation to improve,learning efficiency to increase.Finally,after the intervention,the characteristics of learning confidence,learning motivation,learning habits and learning attitude were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention,so as to test the effectiveness of improving learningefficiency of students from poor families under the task-center model.Study found that the task center mode under the perspective of poor families students learning efficiency improving service are effective,especially in the face of poor service object,social workers want more from the service object itself to the question,the definition of environment,sets up "the director the center" the idea,planning and problem solving methods,promote the growth of the service object and change.At the same time,according to the research process,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of casework serving students from poor families from the perspective of task-center model.In general,the task-centered model is appropriate for this case,and the learning efficiency of the service objects has been effectively solved,which enhances the endogenous power for the realization of the college dream of the later service objects and the intergenerational transmission of poor families.
