Kindergarten teachers should be good listeners with effective communication capacity,which plays an important role in home-kindergarten communication.Kindergarten teachers often cannot find effective communication method with poor awareness of communication concept,which easily cause ineffective communication with parents,lead to parents' distrust and extremely negative impact on daily work.Under the background of kindergarten teachers' home-kindergarten communication,from the perspective of the empathizing theory,by adopting experimental and action research as the main research method,this paper has discussed the effective cultivation of the kindergarten teachers' empathy ability based on empathy ability training practice in Wenzhou JN kindergarten.It can be known from existing researches that gender,age,family environment,listening skills,personal values are factors influencing kindergarten teachers 'empathy ability.Among all factors,listening skills and personal values can be improved and enhanced through training.With kindergarten teachers in Wenzhou JN Kindergarten as the research object,based on theory of empathy by Barrett Lennard and five-level measure of empathy by Carkhuff and Pierce,by referring to the existing training materials for empathy improvement,a set of contents suitable for training with the training of kindergarten teachers ' empathy ability was completed to conduct seven trainings for kindergarten teachers in the experimental group by means of group guidance,scenario performance,case analysis,interviews,and feedback.Davis' s Interpersonal Reactivity Index was used to test kindergarten teachers' empathy ability in the experimental group and the control group before and after the training,and SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used for difference examination.The results showed that there existed significant difference in improvement of kindergarten teachers ' empathy ability in the experimental group and the control group before and after training.The improvement of kindergarten teachers' empathy ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,indicating that the training was effective.The anecdotal records and interview analysis showed the same results.Thus we propose the suggestions based on this study that in terms of kindergarten teachers' empathy training time,it is necessary to pay attention to combining long-term training and short-term training;in terms of training content,it is necessary to add relevant materials of “ whether or not give feedbacks to trainees”;in terms of training method,it is possible to combine group guidance with self-learning,combine scenario performance with role exchange performance,mirror dialogue,etc.;in terms of training steps,it is available to integrate the occurrence,process,results and feedbacks of empathy to enrich the entire training process and enhance kindergarten teachers' empathy ability.
