The Construction And Implementation Of The Theme Module Of Rule Of Law Education In High School Ideological And Political Courses

This a crucial period for cultivating rule of law education in high school.The rule of law education theme module helps promote the process of national rule of law and personal development of studentsHowever,the ideological and political courses in high school to set up the rule of law-related content in compulsory modules,elective modules and selective compulsory module.But its implementation needs to be strengthened and closely linked to students' daily life.Therefore,this paper believes that in the existing curriculum system of high school ideological and political courses,combined with the key content of the curriculum and key time,the theme of the rule of law is deeply embedded in daily teaching.So,this paper based on “The Outline of law education for teenagers” and “High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards”,this paper built the “The rule of law education in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”,“New Era of Economy”,“Politics and the Rule Law”,“The Guidance of the Rule of Law Values”.During this process,this article uses questionnaires and interviews to understand student needs and teacher ideas.What's more,this article combines social hot news and use a variety of teaching methods such as subject education,case teaching,debatebased teaching,and practical activities to enhance the scientific and practical modules.
