Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee put forward the " It is necessary to start from the young people that we should put the rule of law education into the national education system and establish the rule of law curriculum in primary and secondary schools", the local schools are actively implemented. Subsequently, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "The Outline of law education for teenagers ", which further caused the school's attention to the rule of law education.At present, the consciousness of the rule of law of high school students has awakened, but there are still some problems ,such as the lack of awareness of the supremacy of law, the weak consciousness of equality, the deviation of right consciousness, the weak sense of obligation and the poor sense of procedural and so on. The nature of the ideological and political course determines that it must take on the responsibility of the rule of law education.In the past, teachers mainly use the infiltration teaching method to carry out the rule of law education when they using experimental textbooks , but under this kind of teaching method ,the rule of law education has a certain degree of dispersion, incidental. In addition, teachers have different qualities of law, all of these result in the effectiveness of the rule of law education ,which can not be well implemented in the new era of the rule of law education policy. Therefore, it is necessary for the political teachers to explore the new ways of the rule of law education, they may try to construct the theme teaching module of the "political life" rule of law.The construction of the subject teaching model of rule of law makes the rule of law education more systematic, targeted, efficient, which can make up for the defects of the infiltration of teaching methods. Constructing the subject teaching model of rule of law can be based on the "political life" materials , the relevant policies like" The Outline of law education for teenagers" and classroom teaching, which has good feasibility. "Political life" contains four units, teachers can sum up four teaching modules according to the curriculum standards of the "political life" of the relevant provisions of the rule of law, "political life" in the rule of law resources, students of the actual rule of law needs and social rule of law, combined with the actual teaching needs. They are the orderly participation of citizens, the work of state organs, the Communist Party in accordance with the law and the rule of law in society hot spots.Each of the thematic teaching modules of the rule of law contains many rich legal education contents and corresponding legal education goals, and also provides teachers with legal reference documents corresponding to the knowledge points of the rule of law. In order to improve the effectiveness of the law teaching of the theme of"political life",this paper further explores the implementation strategy. In the process of implementation, teachers should adhere to the corresponding teaching principles.They can adopt subject education, case teaching, role simulation, rule of law practice,development and utilization Network rule of law platform for the rule of law education . In addition, it is necessary for teachers to avoid the formalization and dogmaticization of the implementation process and improve the literacy of their 'rule of law, so as to be good examples for students. Only in this way, we can better cultivate students' sense of rule of law and make they become faithful advocates,Consciously observant and firm defenders of the socialist rule of law.
