The Construction And Implementation Of The Teaching Module Of Ideological, Political And Economic Courses For The Cultivation Of The Awareness Of The Rule Of Law

Rule of law is an important achievement of human political civilization,an important way of modern state governance,and a basic quality that every citizen should possess.The 2017 edition of the ideological and political curriculum standards of ordinary high schools takes the awareness of the rule of law as one of the core qualities of the ideological and political courses,highlighting that the rule of law should become the value orientation and pursuit of careful thinking,clear discrimination and earnest practice of young people.The ideological and political discipline of senior high school bears the fundamental educational task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' legal consciousness.As far as the current teaching situation is concerned,some teachers are deeply influenced by the teaching concept of traditional exam-oriented education.In the actual teaching process,they often only pay attention to the teaching knowledge and skills and ignore the legal accomplishment contained in them,which makes it difficult to promote the formation of students' good sense of rule of law.Discipline knowledge and problem solving skills and ignoring the discipline knowledge of resources under the rule of law,although a small group of advanced ideas of teaching teachers in pay attention to the rule of law consciousness education in the teaching process,and also dug part of the education resources under the rule of law,but under the control of the influence of class hour and subject status,basic is by infiltration type teaching way,this lead to the teaching of the rule of law education effect is not ideal.In this paper,combining the rule of law consciousness cultivation and high school education,based on the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant content of the 19 th national congress speech,and economic class in high school thought political lesson of the course as a research perspective to foster the rule of law consciousness,the interpretation of the current high school thought political lesson of the importance of the rule of law consciousness fostering economic classes,the analysis of the current economic classes of the rule of law consciousness cultivation of carding,problems and reasons of the high school thought political lesson economic class and try to explore the effectiveness of the rule of law consciousness cultivation in strategy,concrete analysis is as follows:first of all,using the literature research to the current situation of domestic and foreign literature research conducted a comb,to sort the concept,and to clarify the economic class to foster the rule of law in the course of practical significance.Secondly,it expounds and defines the relevant concepts of the sense of rule of law,distinguishes the "rule of law" and "legal system",and analyzesthe existing problems and causes of the cultivation of the sense of rule of law in the current high school students' economic courses by means of questionnaire survey.This paper puts forward again the construction of the teaching and reasonably discusses the basis,significance and principle of the construction,and on this basis puts forward the concrete ideas and steps of the construction in the economic course module.Finally,the author combines the teaching materials and the curriculum standard with the concrete implementation strategy of cultivating the legal consciousness in the economic courses.In this paper,the senior high school ideological and political economic courses as a module to discuss,put forward the overall construction of the overall implementation of the overall construction and the overall construction of the step-by-step implementation of two kinds of curriculum construction strategy,from the macro and micro level of the concrete construction of the curriculum and put forward the implementation strategy.In addition,the high school thought political and economic class curriculum is a huge knowledge system,which contains the economic knowledge such as intellectual property law,economic law plays an important role for our social life,to cultivate high school students in the program consciousness and rules consciousness having the effect that cannot ignore,will both organic integration,is conducive to China's modernization in the governance system and management ability,and promote the construction of the rule of law society in China.
