With the deepening of people's concern for health,physical exercise has become an indispensable part of people's lives,sports market is booming,children's amateur sports training has become the most hot part of the sports market.Basketball as a fun,easy to carry out sports,in the sports training market occupies a pivotal position,throughout Zhejiang Province,the basketball training market is still hot,but the hardware settings,teaching facilities and teaching of various basketball training institutions are different,training market control is insufficient,the market does not have a correct scientific management system,The lack of a unified curriculum standards and assessment system,coaches coaching,as well as training and learning can be guaranteed,in this context,the unification of children's amateur basketball skills level standards is particularly important;This study is devoted to the study of the technical grade standard of children's amateur basketball in Zhejiang province.This paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,test,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,according to the Law of Children's psychology and physiological development and the law of sports skills of youth basketball project,and initially established the technical grade standard of children's amateur basketball in Zhejiang province and its test index,Objective to detect the basketball skill level of basketball children learners in amateur training institutions,play a normative role for the amateur basketball training market,play a guiding role for the trainers of training institutions,and play a leading role for amateur basketball children learners.Conclusion:(1)According to the age hierarchy of students in amateur basketball training institutions,as well as the characteristics of teenagers ' physical development and the law of learning growth of basketball project practitioners,this paper combines the present situation of the development of amateur basketball training institutions forchildren in Zhejiang province.The children's amateur basketball technical level is divided into six levels,namely,level I,level two,level three,level four,level five,six.(2)According to the law of Children's physical development and the current situation of amateur basketball training institutions,this study has determined the four basic principles of determining the test index system,namely: The principle of comprehensiveness,simple and operable principle,objective and effective principle,guiding the healthy development principle of amateur basketball and the principle of interconnection between different grades.For the establishment of the technical Grade index system of the correct theoretical basis and guidance(3)in the combination of "national youth." On the basis of the research on children's basketball syllabus and basketball technology classification,the content of technical test is divided into Ball Test index,passing test index,shooting test index,comprehensive class test index and Mobile Test index.According to the indicators of the sports program selection procedures,that is,through the indicators of the primary,and then by the 10 professors and basketball experts in Zhejiang province for a second round of screening;Finally,5 training institutions of coaches in the combination of pre-test results for the test indicators for the difficulty of scoring screening,and finally determined the Zhejiang Province children amateur basketball technical grade standards.
