Research On The Influence Of Training Mode Based On School Enterprise Cooperation On Secondary Vocational Students’ Cognition Of Career Planning

Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of national education,vocational education is an important way to promote today’s social and economic development and employment.In China,school enterprise cooperation is regarded as the key to deepen the teaching reform of vocational education,and a series of policies have been issued to promote the career planning education in vocational schools.Although the impact of school enterprise cooperation on Higher Vocational Education Students’ career planning has been paid more and more attention by the society and scholars.But at present,based on the school enterprise cooperation training mode,research on the cognitive influence of secondary vocational students’ career planning has little attention.From the perspective of school enterprise cooperation training mode and career planning cognition,guided by the theory of cognitive information processing,this study uses case study design,literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey as the main data collection methods to analyze the impact of different modes of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education on career planning cognition of secondary vocational students.And the study carrys out comparative analysis to find out how the differences happen.The investigation and analysis show that: in D school,the students’ self cognition level is high under the mode of work study alternation,but the level of occupation cognition and planning cognition is low;the students’ self cognition level is high under the order training mode,but the level of occupation cognition and planning cognition is medium;the students’ self cognition,occupation cognition and planning cognition level is high under the mode of collaborative education.The main reasons that affect the cognitive differences of career planning of secondary vocational school students under the three different school enterprise cooperation training modes are: the differences of subject object status,relationship and cooperation degree of the three different school enterprise cooperation training modes;and since the differences of subject object status,relationship and cooperation degree under the three modes,the differences of the four factors of environment,interpersonal relationship,education and personal influence on the cognition of career planning.Based on the above findings,this paper proposes to build a secondary education career planning education system based on the school enterprise cooperation training mode: first step is to improve the personal career evaluation system to form a clear self-awareness;second step is to improve the talent training system of school enterprise cooperation and establish a clear professional cognition.The school should optimize the concept and strengthen the management of career planning;In addition,enterprises should actively participate and highlight the dominant position of cultivating talents;Last but not the least,strengthen the foundation construction of career planning to realize scientific planning cognition.
