One of the major contradictions facing vocational education at present is the escalating demand for talents from industrial enterprises and the low quality of talent training in vocational schools.Therefore,how can secondary vocational schools effectively train high-quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of industrial enterprises? It has become an unavoidable problem in secondary vocational schools.At present,it is a common understanding in the field of vocational education to solve this problem through school-enterprise cooperation.Many domestic schools have carried out active practical exploration in school-enterprise cooperation,but due to the particularity of vocational education,the implementation effect is not ideal.In order to build a more scientific,more effective and more operational new model based on the existing school-enterprise cooperation model,to overcome the problems existing in the existing model and guide the smooth implementation of school-enterprise cooperation,the author chose School D as a case school to start this study from the operation of the existing model,which aspects have a promoting effect on talent cultivation,which problems and deficiencies exist,what countermeasures can solve the existing problems,how to build a new model based on the existing model and other issues.Firstly,this paper sorts out the basic situation of the school and the operation of the existing modes such as enterprise naming training,order training and introducing enterprises into the school.Through the questionnaire survey from the three dimensions of teachers,students and enterprises,it is found that the existing model has a positive role in promoting students' confidence in professional skills,improving learning expectations,improving school satisfaction,mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm and promoting teachers' ability.At the same time,the existing model also has some problems,such as insufficient government impetus,difficulty in realizing part-time teachers in enterprises,insufficient cooperation and unsatisfactory quality of personnel training.In view of the problems existing in the existing model and drawing on the achievements and viewpoints of relevant researches at home and abroad,the author puts forward four countermeasures,namely,promoting cooperation through innovative mechanisms,selecting complementary enterprises to carry out cooperation,build a team of teachers jointly by schools,enterprises and strengthen the cultivation of talents with both main bodies of schools and enterprises.At the same time,combined with social exchange theory,human capital theory,synergy theory and other theoretical foundations,this paper puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation multiple cooperative education training mode.The paper also elaborates the connotation of the multi-element cooperative education and training scheme,school-enterprise dual integration training,third-party intervention,training process,teaching form,construction principles and other aspects.The new model of this research keeps and strengthens the promotion of the existing model for talent training.Innovative introduction of a third party,including professional construction Steering Committee,legal consulting,industry associations,functional departments,evaluation agencies and other institutions.The experimental implementation of the new model in some specialties of school D has a good effect and is worth popularizing,which provides a new reference for the school enterprise cooperation of secondary vocational schools.
