In September 2016,the curriculum of " Morality and Life" for the lower grades of primary schools was officially renamed " Morality and Law".Illustration is the load-bearing form of the teaching contents of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools,and occupies a considerable proportion in the textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools.As a revised moral education course,the teaching concept and teaching content of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools are different from morality and life.This research is a qualitative research framework as a whole.The specific methods of obtaining data mainly include literature review and content analysis.Based on the qualitative research perspective,the relevant data are collated and analyzed.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part: This part mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research.Through literature analysis and research on the development process and current situation of illustrations,the core concepts of this study are identified,and the contents and methods of this study are elaborated.The second part is the theoretical research on the illustrations in the textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools.This paper mainly analyzes the position of illustrations in the textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools,the relationship between illustrations and related theories(illustrations and moral theory,illustrations and cognitive theory,illustrations and visual culture theory and illustrations and artistic design theory),and the requirements for illustration design in textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools(students' development,students' life,realistic situation,visual culture and the principle of beauty).The third part: Based on the content analysis method,it analyzes the research design and implementation of illustrations in elementary school textbooks on morality and law.It mainly includes research questions or assumptions,methods and tools used,samples,categories,category tables and coding tables.The fourth part: Based on the content analysis method,it describes and analyzes the statistical data of the illustrations in the textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools.Describe the frequency,percentage and proportion of each illustration category,and analyze the deep meaning under the data.The fifth part: based on the above discussion,it provides some suggestions for the compilation of illustrations in the textbooks of morality and law in the lower grades of primary schools.Mainly includes,strengthens the illustration development,strengthens the illustration authenticity,strengthens the illustration esthetics,strengthens the illustration story,strengthens the illustration the practice and strengthens the illustration picture meaning.
