With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,cooperative learning has become one of the most widely used forms of teaching organization in primary and secondary school.Learning how to cooperation,which has been become an essential part of students' core literacy today.It has been paid more and more attention from different fields.Compared with other fields,in the senior stage of compulsory education,how can teachers mobilize students' learning enthusiasm as well as improve students' self-efficacy,cultivate students' sense of cooperation and acquire related cooperative skills through group cooperative learning.How can students effectively enhance their sense of responsibility and collective by the cooperative group learning,enhance communication and acceptance among s tudents so that the function of cooperative learning can be optimized.In view of this problem,different experts,scholars and front-line teachers have carried out a large number of researches from different research perspectives,and have also achieved some research results.However,after consulting a large number of research literature,it is found that few researchers will study the internal elements of cooperative learning from the perspective of "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning,and combine the study of classroom teaching in the senior stage of primary school is blank.Based on this,this study regards "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning as the breakthrough point,through the quantitative ana lysis and treatment of the literature in the early stage,and combined with group dynamics theory,self-actualization theory and social interdependence theory,reconstructs the systematic theoretical framework of "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning.Under the guidance of the theoretical basis,this paper puts forward a new theoretical framework of "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning.Through classroom observation and interviews,this paper observes and records the "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning in senior classes of primary schools,and finds that the implementation of the "individual responsibility" of students in cooperative learning is not optimistic,which is manifested in the following four aspects: first,the individual responsibility of students is concealed and neglected,which severely inhibits the exertion of students 'individual responsibility and triggers it.Students' resistance and exclusion to group cooperative learning;secondly,individual students occupy absolute cooperative dominance,some students are marginalized and individual responsibility cannot be optimized;thirdly,individual responsibility is further dispersed and spread among group members;fourthly,from the perspective of the whole classroom cooperative learning situation,the implementation of students' individual responsibility lacks a scientific combination.Reasonable environment and effective system guarantee.The main reasons for this series are the randomization and simplification of group work,the unreasonable assignment of tasks,the lack of trust and interdependence among team members,and the lack of a reasonable,effective and orderly implementation environment and institutional guarantee for group work.Finally,according to theoretical discussion,current situation investigation and suggestions,through specific teaching practice activities to further search and improve the implementation of the "individual responsibility" of stud ents in cooperative learning in higher grades of primary school,which has been praised by students and teachers,the effect is remarkable.Through this study,the following conclusions can be concluded: first,to clarify the students' individual responsibility,and to assign tasks reasonably is the premise and basis for the smooth development of group cooperative learning;second,teachers play an irreplaceable role in cooperative learning;third,students' individual responsibility is further strengthened and strengthened through group cooperative learning.Ability and level have been greatly improved,deepening the friendship between students,and improving the cohesion and sense of belonging of the class.
