With the advancement of a new round Reform of Basal Education Curriculum in China, the development and utilization of curriculum resources gradually aroused the extensive attention of the public. People realize that the deeply implementing of Basal Education Curriculum Reform needs the support of abundant curriculum resources.Without the support of curriculum resources, the education of primary school cannot be put into practice. The reasonable exploitation of all kinds of curriculum resources is of great importance for the implementation of curriculum resources. Playing football requires amazing skills and changeable strategies. It is a non-cyclical sport,whose result is hard to guess. It bringsaudience amazing visual feasts through the strategic corporation. Therefore it boasts the title of the largest sport in the world."Youth is strong,the country strong". China wants to develop football; attention to teenager's anticipation of playing football is needed. A special measure is to bring football match back to primary and middle school campus, in order to cultivate the football talent of youngsters, develop football activities as well as respond to the call of the Party Central Committee and state's leaders. It is vital for the development and prosperity of football. General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education have jointly made the 10 year plan about the development of campus football, which points out that we should not only establish the league football match of school but also popularize knowledge about football among teenagers to develop campus football and talented teenagers.This paper chooses the exploitation of school football in Dali Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan province as the object of study,mainly adapts the ways of reading literature materials, interviewing and combining questionnaires. Respecting discipline's characteristics and relevant theories of curriculum resources,this paper studies deeply the concept and classification of football resources. At the same time, it makes a study of the status quo of football curriculum resources of elementary school and provides some measures to improve it. The results show that: (1) Dali state campus football activities conducive to the promotion of national integration, border stability and the realization of campus football in the border areas of ethnic minority areas; (2) Dali primary school football football curriculum resources overall situation is not very ideal, Resources, hardware resources, financial resources,content resources and information resources, etc. have greater room for improvement. Mainly as follows: the overall education of physical education teachers is low, the average age of teachers aging; football facilities are poor,resource idle serious; by the school football curriculum funding is seriously inadequate; course content is single;information behind, the use of modern digital resources less; (3) Based on the SWOT analysis,there are certain advantages in the development of football curriculum resources in Dali primary school campus, which is mainly reflected in the emphasis on the campus football and the abundant natural environment resources. There are also great disadvantages,mainly in football Lack of talent,age of teachers aging,lack of infrastructure; opportunities and challenges coexist, opportunities reflected in the"bridgehead" strategy and sports tourism tournament leading effect; "mentally light"large education atmosphere,weak physical education curriculum and students Security and other issues are currently facing the main challenges; (4) Dali campus football curriculum resources development specific measures: to further strengthen the relevant departments and leaders of the campus football attention; improve the professional quality of teachers and skills level; combined with local reality ,Integration of curriculum resources,improve the campus football security system;increase investment in infrastructure construction, and create a good campus football culture atmosphere.This article look forward to: "football from the baby grabbed" finally slipp ed from the slogan, the campus began to carry a major responsibility for footb all take off. As the "first movement of the world football" on the one hand ca rrying the face of people, with rich economic value, is an important indicator of the construction of sports power,on the other hand,it has a good educatio n sports heart function, but also the school should vigorously promote Of the sport. Primary school stage is the formation of football interest,fostering football technical and tactical awareness of the important period, diff erent regions, folk customs, folklore and ethnicity are their own characteristics,how based on Dali special regional characteristics, seize the opportunity to int egrate advantages, Meeting the challenge will be an important task for Dali's d evelopment of the campus football curriculum.
