Teacher professional mentality is the whole working mentality scattered in the teacher group in a period,and it is the comprehensive embodiment of the teacher's emotional tone,professional consensus and professional values in a specific environment.The study of teachers' professional mentality can grasp the current practical problems of teachers' overall work emotion,professional identity and work demands,and provide effective basis for solving such practical problems as teachers' negative work and career demands.This research adopts the form of questionnaire,interview to in-depth analysis of A primary school teacher groups,it is concluded that the current Cheng gong rural teachers' professional mentality mainly exist the following characteristics:(1)the teachers to pay satisfaction,but the wage income compared with the land-lost farmers psychological gap is difficult to adjust,objective material life quality is not high,self-worth generally low.(2)teachers work with great intensity and are in a state of sub-health.(3)teachers are positive towards their own professional identity,but have a low sense of teaching self-efficacy.(4)the sense of urgency for professional development of teachers is enhanced,while the degree of on-the-job education is improved positively,but the awareness of scientific research is not strong.(5)teachers don't have a strong sense of identity with the school management system,and the competition among colleagues is greater than cooperation.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interview survey,found the factors influencing the Cheng gong rural teachers' professional mentality mainly from eight aspects: teachers' occupational values,wages,occupational stress,land-lost farmers children family education and the overall learning,from point of the management system,the relationship between the colleague after junior high,and the distribution of training opportunities and efficiency evaluation system of the teacher.Among them,professional values are the basis of influencing teachers' professional mentality.Salary is an important factor influencing teachers' professional mentality.Occupational stress is the main external factor affecting teachers' physical and mental health and self-professional development.The family education and the wholeacademic situation of the lost farmer's children are not optimistic,which is the key factor to affect the teacher's sense of efficacy.The effectiveness of training and the unequal distribution of opportunities are the significant factors of teachers' professional mentality.School management system,peer relationship and general ethos are the external factors influencing teachers' work emotion.Teacher's evaluation system is another important factor influencing teacher's professional mentality.At the end of the paper,it is proposed that the government and the competent department of education can improve the teachers' treatment and social status,pay attention to the family education of land-lost farmers and guide the public to make objective evaluation of teachers.The school should actively adjust the system of teacher management,training and evaluation,pay attention to teacher professional development and physical and mental health appeal,and create a working environment of humanistic care for teachers.However,individual teachers should have a correct understanding of professional values,pay attention to their own health and face challenges with a positive attitude.
