Moral education institutions are the concrete embodiment of moral education idea and the powerful guarantee for the realization of moral education goal,which is also an important way to achieve with school moral education management.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,our Party and country pay more and more attention to the work of moral education in schools.They emphasize the important idea of "moral education first",and also put forward requirements of establishing and perfecting school moral education institutions.Secondary vocational education is an important part of national education,which undertakes an important task of training high-quality people and skilled personnel.However,influenced by family,social environment and individual experience,the students in these schools have low cultural level and moral accomplishment,which brings challenges to the realization of educational goals.In recent years,under the educational mechanism and requirement of “all-people education,all-course education,all-round education”of the Party and the country,S School of Yunnan Province has established its own moral education system.However,with the development of society and putting forward of new ideas and requirements,the moral education institutions of S School has also more and more problems,which brings challenges to moral education management of school.Based on this,the author chooses the theme of moral education institutions,studies the construction,implementation effect,problems and causes of S School of Yunnan,through literature research,text classification,questionnaire and collective interview methods,and then put forward optimization strategies.Firstly,the study analyzes the seven types of typical moral education institutions of S School of Yunnan.Secondly,from the perspectives of cognition,satisfaction and participation,the implementation effect of moral education institutions by giving out questionnaires of students and teachers.Finally,the study excavates and analyzes problems and reasons of static and dynamic forms with text,organization and implementation.As a result,the paper puts forward some strategies and suggestionsto optimize the moral education institutions of S School.In the static form,the first is to improve the text type and content of moral education institutions;the second is to establish and improve the operation organization and institutions of the school moral education institutions.In the aspect of dynamic form,one is to follow the principle of moral education institutions formulation,the other is to standardize the process of moral education institution formulation.The third is to strengthen supervision and evaluation to ensure the implementation of the system in place,and the fourth is to strengthen the organization and implementation to provide strong protection.The fifth is to change the concept of moral education,clarify the goal of moral education,improve the understanding of the main body of moral education,and the sixth is to improve the awareness rate of the moral education system,the seventh is to strengthen training and guidance and improve the moral education team,the eighth is to construct the system culture of educating people and create an atmosphere of unity of knowledge and practice.
