In recent years,moral education has attracted much attention in secondary vocational schools,because secondary vocational schools shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating the labor force needed by the country.They must not only offer practical training courses in terms of vocational skills practice,but also optimize students' In terms of professional ethics,improve the quality of students,let secondary vocational students consciously inherit the spirit of craftsmanship,establish a sense of model workers,and enable them to take the initiative to assume social responsibilities,and so on.This article will comprehensively use questionnaire survey method,literature review method and other research methods to sort out the existing development thesis on the secondary vocational moral education.It will also take " Jiangmen Vocational School of Industry and Commerce in Guangdong Province" as the survey object,from school teachers and students,the two main groups to understand the problems encountered in the implementation of moral education guidance activities in secondary vocational schools at this stage,use them as the experimental data of this research,and then think about the specific methods and effective strategies of organizing moral education activities,such as how to set up talent training Goals,what are the content of moral education,and what are the ways and methods to implement moral education guidance,etc,in order to effectively develop the moral quality of students.This paper generally includes the following contents:The first part is the introduction to the thesis.Mainly introduces the existing expositions,research purposes and significance,and theoretical research foundations of the effectiveness of secondary vocational moral education.The second part is the theoretical analysis on the effectiveness of secondary vocational moral education,that is,the definition of core concepts related to the effectiveness of secondary vocational moral education,theoretical basis,and specific standards for measuring the effectiveness of secondary vocational moral education.The third part is based on the literature research foundation,and analyzes the current situation and invalidity of moral education in secondary vocational schools.It analyzes the current secondary vocational schools from the three major directions of moral education teacher team construction,moral education curriculum construction,and moral education implementation and evaluation.An overview of the implementation of the constructed moral education curriculum system,reflecting on the existing problems of secondary vocational moral education,and correct understanding of the current situation.In the fourth part,the actual situation of " Jiangmen Vocational School of Industry and Commerce in Guangdong Province " is used to present the data analysis report,and consider the reasons for the low efficiency of moral education in this school at this stage.The fifth part,on the basis of the fourth part,explores how to promote moral education activities in secondary vocational schools,and makes reforms based on the existing experience of " Jiangmen Vocational School of Industry and Commerce in Guangdong Province ".In the end,it is the surplus part,which summarizes the main content of this research uniformly,reflects on the research deficiencies,and conducts a preset analysis of future research directions and specific content,which will have enlightenment and influence for frontline teachers and school administration departments.
