With the development of the times, the number of college students graduating each year in our country is increasing.Among all the factors affecting employment choice, the sense of efficacy is a very important one, which mainly refers to people's ability to believe that they can fully complete various tasks related to employment.Female college students are in a weak position in the process of choosing a career. Therefore,to improve the career efficiency of female college students is conducive to their better employment. In this paper, the network questionnaire and on-the-spot questionnaire were used to investigate college students' job-hunting efficacy, and SPSS 15.0 was used to analyze the questionnaire. The results showed that female college students' job-hunting efficacy was relatively low, they lacked the ability to choose their future career, didn't know enough about the employment situation, didn't have a correct understanding of their own character and abilities, didn't know what their goals were, didn't know what kind of jobs they were suitable for, didn't know how to improve their own abilities for the jobs they were interested in,and didn't know how to deal with problems or difficulties. This paper uses social work theory and professional methods to analyze the problems of female college students' job-hunting self-efficacy,and selects seven female college students as team members to carry out a total of six group activities to improve their job-hunting self-efficacy,enhance their understanding of themselves, help them improve their ability to choose their goals, introduce methods to collect job information, help them plan for the future and cultivate their methods and abilities to solve problems. It is concluded that applying the growth group model to the group work method can improve the career selection efficacy of female college students.
