Investigation Report Of Social Work Intervention In The Employment Of Female College Students

At present, with the expansion of enrollment in major universities, the number of college students is increasing. So many employment problems arise, which not only aroused the attention of the university but also caused the attention of the society at all levels. Compared with male students, the female students in employment do not have advantages, they even face the situation with a narrower choice. Nowadays the colleges and universities in the aspect of ideological and moral education and psychological counseling can not adapt to the requirement of social development, and at the same time they cannot help students solve the problems. Whilst social work uses the specific theory analysis from a professional perspective to analyze and solve this problem, its focus is is on people and the environment of mutual assistance aimed at helping individuals, families, groups, communities can adapt to the social environment, enhance and restore the function of the role they played in the society, while creating a favorable professional activity to realize the objectives of the various social conditions. Social work theory research method is based on investigation and practice to assess fully compensate for the inadequate psychological counseling area.From the aspect of the necessity and advantage of school social work involvement in the starting topic, taking Anhui X university female students as an example, this paper uses questionnaires, interviews and other ways to understand that the X University female students have specific problems and deficiencies which are in terms of employment. They survey found that in addition to general employment issues that the female university students face, in comparison with male college students generally encountered in lower employment, gender discrimination, low quality of employment, the analysis found that female students face a difficult employment except in history and social background reasons, there are problems of supply and demand and the inadequate quality of their own. As found how the social work can play the role in the school of social work, a professional point with casework, group work and social and administrative issues involved in analyzing questionnaire problems the female college students face, and then put forward a reasonable solution to their advice, help Anhui X University female students to re-establish employment confidence, enhance their employment capabilities, to help female students to mobilize its own autonomy, initiative. On the basis of the students’ personality dignity and the students’ life value, this paper is putting forward to solve the suggestion on the female university students’ employment.
