By the end of 2017,the total number of migrant agricultural population in China was286.52 million,among which the number of migrant agricultural population in the province reached 209.77 million,accounting for 73.2% of the total migrant population.Promoting the urbanization of rural migrant population is a major task of China's new urbanization,which is related to the realization of the new urbanization target with "human urbanization" as the core.From the perspective of social quality,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the nearby migration of agricultural migrant population.31 social quality measurement indicators are selected,through the entropy value method respectively to 31 weighting,and then through the descriptive statistics analysis our country town social quality present situation,summarizes the social quality of each index by regression analysis influence on agricultural transfer of population migration to the nearest,and put forward improve agricultural transfer of population urbanization willingness to the nearest path.The results of descriptive statistics show that the overall score of urban social quality is not high,and the urban social quality of rural migrant population is low.In the four dimensions of social quality,social empowerment score higher,social and economic security score lower.Based on regional analysis,the average score of social quality in the four regions of east,central,west and northeast is 0.4732.The overall level of social quality is not high and there is a big difference between regions.The social quality in the eastern region is the highest with a score of 0.6944;The regression analysis of social quality on nearby migration shows that the situation of self-owned housing,community environmental satisfaction,average weekly working hours,satisfaction of medical institutions,intimate trust,whether locals reject foreigners,and whether there is urban pride,The degree of community integration,the degree of social tolerance,the frequency of contact with friends,the frequency of use of the Internet and libraries,and the participation of recreational activities will affect the migration of agricultural transfer population.In the regression analysis of the intention of urbanization of nearby migrant population from all dimensions of social quality,two dependent variables "long-term residence intention" and "household registration intention" are selected.The results show that the influence of social quality indicators on the two dependent variables is not the same.Among them,the indicators that have significant influence on the two dependent variables are self-owned housing,per capita housing area,communityenvironmental satisfaction,medical insurance,satisfaction with medical institutions,loneliness and helplessness,degree of discrimination,frequency of Internet use and participation in social affairs.At last,the paper proposes ways to improve the intention of nearby urbanization of rural migrant population from four dimensions of social quality.
