As a tool and carrier of educational modernization assessment task,the index system of educational modernization is of great significance for carrying out the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee,guiding the construction of education modernization and realizing the rapid and good development,and is the prerequisite work and key link to evaluate the level of educational modernization.From the perspective of provincial studies,provincial domain as an important economic unit of our country plays a significant role,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces have many similarities in history,politics and economy.However,due to the different social background of the two provinces,there are many differences in their index system and development path,which need to be studied in depth and concretely.In addition,the modernization of education is a process of striving for modernity,and it is also a constantly changing goal and standard,so the research on the evaluation carrier of the indicator system should be constantly progressing and developing.According to the construction idea of the national "three-step" modernization strategic deployment,combined with the shortcomings existing in the study of educational modernization,this paper determines that the research topic of the thesis is the provincial comparison of the educational modernization index system in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,and tries to systematically discuss the essential connotation,pattern and features,functions and value orientation,and explores the theoretical support and logical context reflected behind the index system.Starting from the outside of the education system and taking the PEST factor model as the starting point,this paper examines and analyzes the influence of political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment on the modernization of education,and summarizes the influencing factors of the construction of the index system.Based on the text of the index,this paper compares the development dimension,structural validity,content validity and related factors of the two sets of index systems from the macroscopic level,the mesoscopic level and the microscopic level,and summarizes the similarities and differences reflected behind the two sets of index systems.On this basis,a series of suggestions and prospects are drawn for reference and relevance,and a set of basic framework applicable to the construction index system of each region is summarized,which provides a basis for further revision and improvement of the index system itself,and also for reference and reference of other provinces and regions.
