The modern apprentice training mode of five-year higher vocational education is an important form of vocational education to provide high-quality technical talents for the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy and social development.This paper analyzes the current situation of the five-year system of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode,finds out the system elements of the construction,provides the reference for the five-year system of personnel training to clarify the thinking,which is essential to improve the quality of the five-year system of modern apprenticeship personnel training.The existing research explores the training objectives,contents,methods and related practices of modern apprenticeship.The research is relatively rich and mostly explores the implementation of modern apprenticeship in the practice of talent training from the perspective of specific majors,lacking the summary of practical experience.Starting from the five-year characteristic vocational education system,this study explores the system elements of the construction of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode in the five-year higher vocational education through qualitative research methods such as interview and observation,and summarizes the implementation path of the systematic five-year higher vocational modern apprenticeship personnel training mode.Based on the above considerations,this study selects two vocational colleges in Jiangsu province that implement five-year higher vocational education to explore the modern apprenticeship training mode of numerical control technology and Engineering Cost Specialty respectively.Through interviews with college teachers,students and relevant principals of enterprises,we can understand their understanding of modern apprenticeship,school enterprise cooperation mechanism,talent training orientation and goal Based on the current situation of the construction of teaching staff,curriculum and teaching mode,school enterprise supervision and management mechanism,this paper summarizes the implementation effect and problems of the five-year higher vocational modern apprenticeship talent training,and summarizes the research suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance,literature review,concept definition,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the five-year system of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode.It mainly expounds the characteristics of the five-year system of higher vocational education personnel training from the perspective of the five-year system of higher vocational students,the goal orientation of personnel training,the characteristics of personnel training,and the operation framework different from other personnel training modes.At the same time,two five-year higher vocational colleges are selected to investigate and interview the training of modern apprentice talents in their major,so as to understand the current situation of the implementation of five-year modern apprentice talents training.The third chapter summarizes the practical effect and existing problems of modern apprenticeship training mode in Five-year Higher Vocational Education by analyzing the investigation data.The fourth chapter mainly sums up and constructs the modern apprenticeship training mode of five-year higher vocational education.Firstly,it defines the theoretical basis of five-year higher vocational education,including the theory of multiple intelligence from the perspective of students,the theory of situational teaching from the perspective of curriculum teaching and the theory of human capital from the Perspective of market economy.On this basis,it puts forward the idea of forming modern apprenticeship talents of five-year higher vocational education The goal and process of the training mode,as well as the seven elements of supporting the three systems and concepts,goals,courses,teaching,teachers,training base,organization and management,finally,the implementation path of the modern apprenticeship training mode of five-year higher vocational education is proposed.Chapter 5 is the reflection and Prospect of this study,hoping to provide reference and reference for the design of five-year modern apprenticeship training mode,and provide some directions for the follow-up research.
