With the progress of education reform in our country,special education has become an increasingly important role in the education system in our country,the main body of special education teachers for special education system,evaluation of both the development of the relationship between the school special education teachers is related to the promotion of teachers' professional literacy,is the important way and the management of special education school teachers.At present,our country has a special education teacher professional standards regulations,but not for special education school teachers put forward concrete feasible evaluation standard,which leads to the domestic majority of special education schools teachers evaluation mechanism is not sound,the main problems such as uneven distribution of weight,teacher evaluation standard is impractical,causing many of the contradictions in special education teachers.Therefore,this article on the basis of pedagogy theory,combined with the specific case,around the study of evaluation of special education teachers,special education school teachers evaluation framework,for the development of special education school teachers evaluation mechanism.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the teachers'evaluation of special education schools,and finds that the main problems existing in the teacher evaluation of special education schools are four aspects:First,the content lacks comprehensiveness.The current special education teacher evaluation standards are mainly defined by education management and school administrators,and are based on the wishes of the minority managers or the development needs of the school.At the same time,the evaluation index is too traditional,and the special education teachers' professional philosophy and ethics are weak.Secondly,the teachers themselves are not well engaged.In the actual implementation of special education teacher evaluation,the selection of evaluation indicators and the formulation of specific implementation plans are determined by the school administrators,and the teachers themselves are low in participation;At the same time,the teacher is always in a passive position in the evaluation process,and the individual's right to know and speak can't be guaranteed.Third,the evaluation criteria are single.In special education teacher evaluation mechanism,evaluation index focus on professional technical or professional titles,etc.,related to teachers' professional development and moral concept of indicators is less,the lack of evaluation indexes elaboration and practicality,low fit with the characteristics of special education career.Fourthly,the appraisal effect is not satisfactory.Through questionnaire and interview clearly understand that the current special education teacher evaluation of the effect is not ideal,the evaluation index is not in conformity with the current education environment and teachers' development needs,the lack of special education teachers' professional standards and the combination of the theoretical research,lack of thickness can't generate more power for practical applications.According to the above problem,this paper combined with the current education environment,put forward effective improve special education teacher evaluation strategy,including:(1)set up the correct teacher appraisal value orientation,improve special education teachers' professional ideology and moral quality;(2)improve the evaluation function of teachers in teaching process and promote the improvement of teachers' professional knowledge and abilities;(3)increase teachers' evaluation of internal training and sustainable development to ensure that special education teachers are well developed;(4)improve the teaching environment and improve teachers'evaluation theory system,provide a better environment for the special education teacher evaluation,and thus play a practical role in the evaluation of teachers.
