Special education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.There are a large number of disabled people in China and their characteristics are outstanding.The vigorous development of special education can change their destiny and improve their quality of life.At the same time,it is also a sign of social civilization progress and harmony.The party and the state have always cared for the disabled and attached great importance to the development of special education.In recent years,the party and the state have held many working conferences on the development of national special education.General secretary Xi Jinping made clear in his report at the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "special education should be run well".This is a clear requirement and instruction to further improve the quality of special education on the basis of the report of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China "concerning about special education" and the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China "supporting special education".In the process of promoting education equity,realizing the modernization of special education,and accelerating the disabled into a well-off society,every special education teacher who struggles in the front line plays an important role.In order to run a satisfactory special education for the people,we need not only leaders who are skilled in management,but also high-level and high-quality teachers with solid theoretical foundation of special education.At present,the quality of teachers in special education schools is generally good,with high educational background,strong teaching ability and basic professional knowledge of special education.In recent years,with the promotion of integrated education,children with mild disabilities have entered the regular classes of ordinary schools.As a result,most of the students in special education schools are students with severe mental retardation or multiple disabilities,which brings new challenges to teachers in special education schools.This paper reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the experience of domestic and foreign research and practice,based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,comprehensive incentive theory and other incentive principles,aiming to analyze and discuss the incentive problems of teachers in Chongqing l special education school.This study adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and individual interview.Firstly,it objectively understands the structural characteristics of teachers in Chongqing l special education school and the status quo of teacher motivation.Then it analyzes the existing problems and causes of teacher motivation in Chongqing l special education school,and finally puts forward the optimization strategies and guarantee measures of teacher incentive problems.The purpose of this study is to improve the current situation of teacher motivation in Chongqing l special education school,strengthen the construction of teachers team in Chongqing l special education school,and further improve the teaching and management level of the school.At the same time,this study hopes to attract more attention to the special education school teachers' incentive problems,enrich the special education school teachers' incentive theory,improve the special education school teachers' incentive strategy,and provide reference value for similar schools.Finally,I hope to promote the continuous development of special education to a certain extent,and cultivate more disabled people who are self reliant,self-improvement and contribute to the society for the country and society.
