More and more teachers have recognized the importance of the self-management of junior middle school students,through the implementation of self-management of junior middle school students,self-management ability of junior high school students have different degrees of improvement,independence is increasing,and the burden of class management is gradually reduced.Nevertheless,during class self-management,there are still some problems,such as the lack of students ' main body status,class self-management is imperfect,and the existence of these problems,which is the source power of this paper.According to the theory of self-management and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,combined with literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method synthetically,and then through the extensive literature review,according to previous studies,combined with the suggestions of various experts and scholars,formulated the questionnaire of junior middle school students ' class autonomous management.Respondents to the questionnaire are 310 students in A junior high school in a city,the interview object are 1 principal,1 vice-principal,1 teaching director,8 position teachers,and 20 junior high school students in a certain city.Finally from five dimensions of research,junior middle school students class self-management consciousness,junior middle school students autonomous management method,junior middle school class autonomous management content,junior middle school students ' independent management effect evaluation and teachers to guide junior middle school students participate in class self-management,comprehensively analyzed of junior middle school students of the status of autonomous management,and found that there are problems,to explore the causes of problems,then put forward the effective strategy.The article is divided into six sections.The first section is preface,which mainly includes the question,the research significance,the core concept definition as well as the relevant theoretical basis of this research.The second part is the research method mainly includes: Literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method.The third part are the questionnaire survey results and analysis,and interview results and analysis.The forth part mainly expounds the present situation,problems and reasons of the autonomous management of junior middle school class.Part five mainly elaborates the strategy of improving the junior middle school class self-management.The last section is divided into conclusions and reflections of the study.
