After State Ministry of Education issued" The Compendium of Basic Education Reformation (Under Revision)" in 2001, our country had started to found a tri-level joint management system of state, province and school , releasing some jurisdiction of curricula management to the school. Afterwards in July of the same year, Ministry of Education has issued"The Compendium of The Kindergarten Education Instruction (Under Revision)", making the kindergarten have a bigger right to manage the curriculum. In our country kindergarten implement the long responsibility system of manager who plays a very important role in the kindergarten curriculum management. The ideas and the behaviors of curriculum management of manager directly decide the implementation condition of the new curriculum in the kindergarten.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as one of the west provinces has also carried out the widespread exploration on curriculum in many aspects. With the reform of curriculum, the curriculum management of kindergarten manager in Inner Mongolian area also exposes many questions, for example some managers do not have the explicit consciousness of curriculum management, the behaviors also wait for the improvement, and simultaneously the training opportunities are also deficient. Whether we solve the problem well or not will decide the success or failure in kindergarten curriculum reform. Therefore, promoting their level of curriculum management is an urgent duty.This article uses the methods of literature, the questionnaire survey and talking. By the investigation about the current situation, the author discovers the problems in this field, points the countermeasures, and wants to provide some references to curriculum management of kindergarten manager in Inner Mongolian area.The paper is composed by four parts. Summary of Content as follows:The first part is an introduction, including the problem proposed, the research goal, significance, summarization, thought and technique. The problem proposed simply summarizes the reason of selecting the topic. The research goal and significance have two aspects of the theory and practice, simply elaborating the research on curriculum management of kindergarten manager, enriching the theory research of the curriculum management, and making up the theoretical shorts of curriculum management of kindergarten manager, simultaneously have also provided the reference frame of the practice on kindergarten curriculum management. On the basis of the previous research, the author gives the research thought and the research technique.The second part systematically elaborates the elementary theory of curriculum management of kindergarten manager, separately elaborating from the connotation, the role, the content, the characteristic, the significance from these five aspects .The curriculum management of the kindergarten manager is the professional management which to make the kindergarten education goal and the kindergarten prospect come true, according to national and regional curriculum policy, depending on their own curriculum philosophy and curriculum knowledge and so on, and to display the influence of the individual management and to promote kindergarten members cooperate each other. Thus we can communicate, coordinate and support on the curriculum developments, the curriculum implements, and the curriculum appraisal and so on.The third part is the characteristic one of this article. By the questionnaire survey and talking of the current situation in Inner Mongolian area, curriculum management of kindergarten managers carries out well:the idea and the way of curriculum management of managers are transforming; the managers has started to guide the teacher positively to adapt the changes of the new curriculum management; they are pursuing the ways of curriculum estimate, which are the diversification, the process, the development, founding one kind of kindergarten culture which is cooperative, equal, exchanging; they start positively to develop curriculum coming from their own kindergartens, and begin to pay attention to the development and use of curriculum resource. But in our area the system still has many problems: curriculum management consciousness of managers is not strong;the level is lower;the domain of the curriculum management is narrow;their theory is insufficient;the function of curriculum management is short;some parents do not support, and the local educational administration department interferes excessively.The fourth part is to propose the countermeasures on the basis of the above several parts of generalized analyses. This part puts forward the author's thought from improving the managers'own curriculum management abilities, making the kindergarten interior scene better, and strengthening exterior the support and helps.
