In accordance with the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education",in order to effectively solve the core problems of "difficult to enter the park" and "expensive to enter the park",China encourages and guides the regulation of social forces to run the park and fully mobilizes the polarities of the parties.The kindergarten under the group-based education model gradually appears in the public's vision and is developing at an unprecedented speed.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era" put forward requirements on the quality of kindergarten education under the group-based mode of operation: profitable kindergartens with chain behavior should,in principle,obtain the provincial demonstration park qualification;Of teachers also put forward requirements:By 2035,teachers' comprehensive quality,professionalism and innovation ability will be greatly improved.The kindergarten teacher education under the group-based mode is one of the key points in the construction of teachers in China,and it is also the key to the development of group-based kindergartens.Therefore,the kindergarten teacher's learning problem deserves attention.Based on the research and analysis of a large number of related literatures,this study combined with the actual situation of X Education Group and asked expert opinions to compile a questionnaire and interview outline for kindergarten teachers' learning status under the group-based mode of gardening.The group's kindergarten teachers and principals are the research objects,and they investigate from five dimensions such as learning motivation,content,style,culture and evaluation.In the later period,author uses SPSS17.0 to analyze the current situation of the data obtained from the questionnaire,and summarize the X Education Group kindergarten teachers' learning.The advantages are: strong learning motivation,mainly based on career development and learning interest of learning;strong learning content practical,strong guidance for the actual work of kindergarten teachers;diverse learning methods,can achieve the group Internal resource sharing,etc.;and inadequacy: the internal and external learning motivations are not clear,the level of learning motivation is affected byacademic qualifications;the learning content lacks theoretical and scientific research knowledge,etc.In view of the above situation,this study proposes relevant suggestions and countermeasures based on the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of teacher learning community after clarifying the reasons: clarifying the multi-directional nature of teacher learning motivation,deepening the inherent teacher learning motivation;choosing the combination of theory and practice The content of learning,cultivate teachers 'awareness of scientific research and scientific research ability in daily learning;innovate the kindergarten teachers' learning methods;optimize the learning culture of kindergarten teachers;establish a more comprehensive teacher learning evaluation system,with a view to improving the current situation of the education group kindergarten teachers learning Deficiencies.
