The affinity of ideological and political education is a positive force composed of the personal influence of ideological and political educators,the persuasion of the contents of ideological and political education,and the vitality of the way of ideological and political education.Improving the affinity of ideological and political education and satisfying the students' real and essential needs for ideological and political education is not only an important breakthrough for the ideological and political education to change its own image in the new era but also an important realistic subject.The affinity of ideological and political education has an important value of the times and humanities.In the aspect of the value of the times,ideological and political education,with its charisma and cohesion,can cope with the changes of the eeological environment of moral education in the times and promote it.To make the individual's ideological and political quality develop with the times in line with each other;At the humanistic value level,ideological and political education,with its appeal and appeal,can make people understand the relationship between themselves and society,promote the socialization of individuals,and thus promote the all-round development of human beings.From "embeddedness" to "integration" is an attempt to innovate from the perspective of this paper.Embedded system is a kind of power influence mode which is external to the subject.The "melt-in" is a kind of non-power influence mode which is inherent in the subject.The process of image transformation from "embedded" to"integrated" in ideological and political education is also a process in which the affinity and influence of ideological and political education are constantly improved,and the acceptance of ideological and political education is constantly improved.This paper compares the main characteristics of embedded and integrated ideological and political education from six aspects:educators,educational objectives,educational contents,educational methods,educational environment,and educational evaluators.It provides some thinking for the future development direction of ideological and political education.Embedded ideological and political education is a traditional ideological and political education characterized by fixed rigid indoctrination mode.In embedded ideological and political education activities,the subjectivity of educational objects is not reflected,so the effectiveness of education cannot be improved.Therefore,ideological and political education needs a non-compulsory,positive,interactive force to carry out education,which is "affinity".Integrated ideologieal and political education is a new type of ideologieal and political education with the core of intermingling between educators and educatees,and the effective combination of educational contents and educational objects as the core of ideological and political education.Education,which has a strong value orientation and humanistic orientation,Through the emotional cohesion of educators,the realistic appeal of educational objectives,the attraction of educational contents,the penetrating power of educational methods,the appeal of educational environment,and the guiding power of educational evaluation,the affinity of ideological and political education can be improved in an all-round way.
