Research On The Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education

The affinity proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping at the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in 2016 has defined a new development goal and direction for ideological and political education.In 2019,the problem of affinity was emphasized again in the symposium of ideological and political theory teachers.Affinity is a new concept proposed based on the needs of the subject of the education object under the dilemma of the new era when the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not strong and the individual acceptance limit is limited.Taking the affinity of ideological and political education as the central topic,this paper holds that the affinity of ideological and political education refers to the emotional driving force and spiritual guiding force generated by the comprehensive temperament of ideological and political education to the educatee,which makes the educatee feel the active approach and positive acceptance in this process.This article mainly USES the method of literature research and the method of interdisciplinary research to expound the connotation of the affinity of ideological and political education,the way of generating the truth,the realistic dilemma and the promotion strategy.The first part focuses on the basic connotation of affinity of ideological and political education.Firstly,the concept of affinity is comprehensively interpreted from multiple disciplines,such as pedagogy,psychology and sociology,and then the derived concept of ideological and political affinity is multidimensionally interpreted and completely defined from the perspectives of subject theory,process theory and system theory.Secondly,this paper discusses the essential characteristics of the affinity of ideological and political education from three aspects: the coexistence of truth and emotion,the inclusiveness and pertinence,The Times and the history.From the perspective of structural theory,the author dissects it into four levels: target appeal,emotional driving force,theoretical explanatory power and high process effectiveness.Finally,it points out that the significance of improving the affinity is to improve ideological identity,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and promote ideological and political education in daily life.The second part focuses on clarifying the basic principles of affinity generation in ideological and political education.The key point of this research is to clarify the way of generating affinity of ideological and political education.Marx's theory and perceptual view of the nature of "man" and the reception theory of ideological and political education provide the theoretical basis for its formation.The ecological change of ideological and political education needs affinity,the contemporary transformation calls for affinity,and the publicity of the educatee provides a realistic basis for its formation.The affinity of ideological and political education is non-existent in terms of its formation,which is always in the process of dynamic formation,mainly including four links: dynamic mechanism,emotional mechanism,sublimation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The third part focuses on the analysis of ideological and political education affinity facing the real dilemma.Only clear ideological and political education affinity to face the real dilemma,to put forward insightful solutions.This paper makes an in-depth analysis from three aspects: the lack of pertinence of ideological and political education theory,the deviation between the self-orientation of ideological and political educators and the subjectivity of the educated,the high potential construction of ideological and political education and the estrangement between life style and life style.The fourth part focuses on the specific strategies to improve the affinity of ideological and political education.Through the interpretation of the connotation,the exploration of the generating path and the analysis of the realistic dilemma,this paper puts forward the effective ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political education from the four perspectives of constructing the positive emotional relationship between subjects,changing the way of discourse,realizing the isomorphism of goals and advancing with The Times.
