With the development of society and the progress of economy,the state pays more and more attention to the content and quality of out-of-school education for teenagers.On the basis of exam-oriented education,the voice of further quality education is also growing.The society gradually develops from only paying attention to in-school education to paying attention to both in-school and out-of-school education.In order to enable children to get better off-campus education,more and more parents will choose to participate in more activities,competitions and training for their children in the public youth palace,so as to continuously broaden their horizons and improve their comprehensive quality.At the same time,with the expansion of the content of some public welfare Youth Palace business,many college students and social youth participate in the public welfare Youth Palace vocational training,entrepreneurship service,making friends,parent-child and other projects.However,due to historical and objective factors,there are some problems in the adaptability,innovation and service quality of the public welfare Youth Palace.Social development is people-oriented,so is the development of public welfare youth palace.Some problems found in the development of the public welfare Youth Palace are closely related to the professional level of the public welfare Youth Palace staff and their love for work.In the actual work,the author finds that there are many job burnout problems in many public welfare Youth Palace workers.This problem has seriously hindered the healthy development of the public welfare Youth Palace.In order to alleviate the various adverse effects brought about by the problem of job burnout of the public welfare young workers,let young people receive more and better off campus education,and improve the youth work of the public welfare Youth Palace.In order to serve young people's business level,this paper takes the Youth Activity Center in the youth market as an example.Based on the internationally accepted Maslach general survey of job burnout,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the employees of the public welfare Youth Palace.Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,we find the key factors affecting the job burnout of public welfare young workers,such as management system,salary structure,professional title system,work content,working environment,staff level and demand.In view of these factors,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.From the four aspects of improving the management level,establishing a reasonable salary system,improving the working environment and improving personal quality,this paper puts forward some mitigation measures for reducing the job burnout of the public welfare Youth Palace.It is hoped that some problems existing in the public welfare Youth Palace discovered by this study can enable the state to pay more attention to the reform and development of the public welfare Youth Palace.It is also hoped that these improvement measures can be applied to the public welfare units in charge of the Youth Palace and the palace itself,so that the problem of job burnout of the public welfare Youth Palace workers can be alleviated.They provide more,better and more effective services.
