Research On Financial Management Information Platform Construction Of Ho Hai University

In modern society,due to the rapid development of information and digital technology,people are moving towards a new era of information.If universities in China want to better complete teaching and research,service society and other functions in this situation,it is necessary to integrate traditional management methods with modern science as well as technology so as to enhance the connotation quality of universities.Although the management of college finance has achieved results such as accounting computerization and financial informatization,the implementation of accounting management and financial management has not been able to satisfy modern demands by means of financial software one-side.The university has to establish a more powerful financial management information platform relying on constantly improving the financial system and combined with other functional systems at the same time.The main content of this article is exploring how to construct a full-featured functional platform for financial information management in universities.Through reviewing a large amount of literature sources,the beginning and development as well as researching direction of accounting computerization and financial management informatization have been mastered in both domestic and foreign.As a result of intercomparison,the domestic deficiencies in this field can be found out,the general situation and vital researching direction of financial management informatization can be comprehended in domestic universities,followed by outlining the basic framework of the financial management information platform of universities and the essential steps of construction.This paper selects Hohai University as an example.After analyzing the statusquo,existing problems and development orientation of financial management informatization in Hohai university,it puts forward the budget information Datamation connecting the accounting system,and executes the data synchronously.meanwhile,it increases the accounting module and informatization coverage,merge work processes,simplify work methods,introduce online reimbursement system;optimize and upgrade the original financial information query system,build basic service support platform,increase information release and query channels;realize financial management information system and asset management system.The docking of scientific research management system,student management system and personnel management system has achieved a number of optimization measures such as data sharing and sharing,mutual supervision,and promotion of management to build a comprehensive financial information platform for Hohai University integrally.Based on the status quo of university informatization construction,this paper explores the method of Hohai University's financial management information transformation,which is of great significance to the strengthen of Hohai University financial management and the construction of financial management information platform.
