| The Ministry of Education issued the Kindergarten Education Guidelines(trial)in2001,which clearly put forward the need to carry out the cooperation education between family and kindergarten and this policy began to be widely implemented in 2002.The newly issued Kindergarten Work Rules provides more specific guidance on this issue in 2016.With the development of basic education reform,especially the National Ministry of Education attaches increasing importance to the construction of kindergartens,now,how to effectively improve home cooperative education in early childhood education has become the top priority in basic education.Although kindergarten education is the main channel to cultivate children’s early good behavior habits,however,this complex system project needs continuous efforts from many aspects like family and kindergarten and so on.The family is the place where children receive the earliest and longest education.Whether the model of family education is suitable or not depends whether they can receive the kindergarten education smoothly.Therefore,only the establishment of cooperative relations between family and kindergarten will be more conducive to the cultivation of good behavior habits of infants.Taking a kindergarten in Linyi city as an example,this paper conducts a detailed research and discussion on the development status of the cooperation education between family and kindergarten in its hometown through literature method,educational observation method,case study method and interview method.The research contents are mainly carried out from three dimensions: the historical development,the cognitive level of both family and kindergarten and the means,forms.The study found that kindergarten A,on the whole,has deepened its cooperation degree and strengthened its educational effect since it carried out the cooperative education.But there are also many problems,such as various forms,flashy,inadequate supervision,low participation of parents,confusion of roles of both sides,and insufficient funds.In view of this,the study puts forward specific measures from the country,kindergarten and family.Firstly,at the national level,government should improve the specific policy of the cooperation education between family and kindergarten,guide the kindergarten to integrate community resourcesand strengthen the economic input.Secondly,kindergarten should explore new channels of cooperation and increase intellectual activities,find out the situation of children’s family,implement classified guidance;Establish a team high-quality teachers strengthen supervision and training.Third,on the family side,parents should take the initiative to assume responsibility;Understand teacher’s work,make suggestions actively and provide educationalresources.It will enhance the effectiveness of the cooperation education between family and kindergarten from these three aspects. |
