In today's era,to improve the quality of higher education is directly related to the national economic development and social progress.As an emerging educational model,"MOOC" has played an important role in expanding the scale of higher education,improving the quality of higher education,innovating the concept of personnel training,and diversifying and individualizing education.2012 is the first year of "MOOC",all countries in the world are involved in "MOOC" wave,in a short period of time,"MOOC" has been great development."MOOC" is the transliteration."MOOC" open access to the world elite curriculum,so that high-quality higher education resources can be obtained free of charge,not only reduces the cost of university education,but also to break the boundaries of existing higher education barriers and colleges,Of education,so that the trend of higher education open sharing become increasingly evident."MOOC" on the maintenance of educational equity,to promote teaching reform,improve social services and the realization of lifelong education has a significant role.Therefore,the future development of China's higher education must rely on "MOOC",fully grasp this opportunity.MOOCs with its students large capacity,high degree of openness,can be used anytime,anywhere,learning resources,teaching video miniaturization,knowledge content systematization,teaching quality and comprehensive advantages,quickly spread around the world,known as the higher The digital tsunami in educational history,and the biggest educational innovation since the invention of printing.However,MOOC pass rate is low,online learning participation is low,the quality of the course is not high,the emergence of some problems,but also sounded the alarm to us.Tang Min,Counselor of the State Council,bluntly: "MOOC is no one can afford not afford to lose big change in education," for our next generation can not only two,three universities which "dawdle." In order to solve these problems,this research used questionnaire survey to investigate the relationship between "985" and "211" in Beijing and college students in Beijing.In order to solve these problems,Participation and Influencing Factors of.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Form a four dimensions dimensions of learning participation,including social aspects,schools,admiring students themselves,students themselves.(2)The participation rate of university students in the capital area is low,and they stay in the surface.(3)The recognition of MO curriculum,the learner's interest in learning,the platform construction,the mutual recognition system and the money cost are the main influencing factors of MOOC learning participation.(4)In view of the present situation and existing problems of studying participation of university students in Capital University,some suggestions are put forward.1,the community to increase support for the Mu class,and colleges and universities to establish the relevant supervision and management system.2,the relevant enterprises and universities to certain MOOC courses as the entry threshold.3,the school will Mu lesson into teaching,re-set the student assessment system.4,colleges and universities to form alliances,MOOC credits to promote mutual recognition mechanism.5,colleges and universities can provide students with a fee to learn,to create a good atmosphere of independent learning.6,the domestic MOOC platform to improve online learning resources,to strengthen the integration of MOOC local integration.7,learners to enhance self-control,improve online learning efficiency.
