Mythology is one of the earliest forms of literature in China.There are many classic myths that have been selected into primary school textbooks.Myth contains various values and functions such as national character,humanistic spirit,aesthetic taste,and moral cultivation,which lays the important position of mythology teaching in primary school.However,through investigation,the author found that the current situation of mythology teaching is not optimistic,from the perspective of teaching to study the results of mythology is relatively few.At the time when the core literacy policy was proposed,I decided to use this as a starting point to explore mythology teaching based on the implementation of language literacy such as thinking development,language construction,cultural inheritance,and aesthetic taste.Mythology text is different from other genres,and its teaching value and the uniqueness of text determine that the focus of mythology teaching must also have its uniqueness.In the process of implementing the goal of core literacy,with the gradual deepening of my understanding of mythological texts,I began to dig up the connotation of mythological stories.In view of the current teaching status of mythological texts,I tried to cultivate students 'language literacy through different methods and focuses in teaching.
