At present,more and more people are paying attention to the problem of education.It is a big problem related to the quality of the people and the prosperity of the country.Its importance is self-evident.In the process of promoting education reform,higher requirements have been put forward for teachers.Therefore,it is one of the most urgent tasks to improve teachers' professional development ability and promote the equalization of educational public services.Taking Shanghai Songjiang Huayangqiao School as an example,on the basis of collating and studying relevant literature,the outline and questionnaire of the survey interview were designed.Through interview,questionnaire and case study method,explain and reveal the rural schools problems in teachers' development and related reasons,through the pre prepared,which lays the foundation for the elaboration of the later and the solution of the problem.For rural schools in Shanghai,the development of the teachers is still in the relatively backward state,has not formed the experience and effective model.Based on this,the paper combines the related theory with the actual situation to find out the main influencing factors and explore the effective optimization strategies through theempirical research.This article is discussed in six parts:The first part is an introduction,which contains five aspects: the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,literature review,the content and methods of the research and research innovation.The second part is conceptual definition and theoretical research,clarifying the concept of Shanghai Rural Schools,Career Development and Teachers' Career Development,from the perspective of Educational Ecology Theory,Maslow's Demand Level Theory and Teacher Development Stage Theory.It lays the theoretical foundation for exploring the influencing factors and optimizing strategies of rural school teachers 'development.The third part introduces the current situation and problems of the development of rural school teachers in Shanghai,and the specific problems in the development of teachers in Huayangqiao School in Songjiang District.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the development of primary and secondary school teachers in Shanghai rural areas,including the analysis of society,schools and individual teachers.In the fifth part,based on the existing literature and materials,the author puts forward that "the social factors that affect the development of teachers","the school factors that affect the development of teachers" and "the personal factors that affect the development of teachers" can influence the development of rural primary and secondary school teachers.At the same time,the hypothesis is constructed,based on this design questionnaire,and a sample survey is conducted to collate and analyze the data to verify the previous assumptions.Finally,based on the empirical research of Huayangqiao School,the author puts forward three optimization strategies of "establishing a perfect teacher career development guarantee system","constructing a scientific teacher career development channel" and "strengthening the consciousness and ability of teacher career development".The purpose of this study is to clarify the main factors that affect thedevelopment of Shanghai rural school teachers.At the same time,we hope that more scholars can pay attention to the development of rural school teachers and their influencing factors,and work together to provide theoretical support and practical methods.It also provides new ideas for the balanced development of compulsory education,educational equity,and the construction of Shanghai rural school teachers' development theory.
