This paper studies the rural primary school teachers’career planning capacity in Yanbian. Improving career planning capacity of rural primary school teachers is a necessary requirement to promote the professional development of teachers is a necessary way of teacher transformation. In the "primary school teacher professional standards (Trial)" clearly the ability to reflect and development of teachers, the reflection and development capacity as considerations of professional competence of an important symbol of the career planning ability of teachers as consideration teacher reflection and development capacity of an important standard. Judging from the domestic and foreign research scholars study on career planning teacher has a lot of achievements for the study of teachers’ career planning issues provided the necessary theoretical basis, research perspective and research ideas, but rarely on teacher career results of research planning capacity. In this paper, a preliminary understanding of the status quo in Yanbian Rural Primary School Teachers’ Career Planning capability features, supports correlation factors, test analysis of rural primary school teachers career planning capacity of existing problems and causes, which made possible to improve the countermeasures of rural primary school teachers career planning capacity and recommendations.This study of teacher professional development theory as the theoretical basis to Yanbian Korean and Han rural primary schools and 138 primary school teachers for the study sample, I used literature, questionnaires and interviews, examination of the following elements:(1) The status of rural primary schools in Yanbian area and population difference of teachers’ career planning capabillity; (2)Teachers’ career planning influencing factors situations; (3) Teachers’ career planning ability and teachers’ self development consciousness, school support, family support; (4)Research on the Countermeasures of improving the ability of teachers’ professional career planning.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)The overall situation of rural primary school teachers career planning ability and the various dimensions of development level of poor, from high to low order followed by assessment feedback and adjustment ability, environmental assessment capabilities determined target ability, self evaluation ability, ability to implement strategy.(2)Different nationalities, different school age, there are significant differences between different titles of rural primary school teachers’occupation career planning ability. Korean career planning ability of rural primary school teachers is significantly lower than the Han village primary school teacher; teaching experience 6-career planning ability of rural primary school teacher for 10 years and less than three years seniority significantly lower than other teachers; no titles and Primary Education two rural primary school teachers career planning capacity was significantly lower than teachers in other titles; rural primary school teachers career planning ability of different sexes there is no significant difference.(3)The overall situation of the support factors of the rural primary school teachers’ professional career planning and the development level of each dimension. The level of each dimension is from the high to the teachers’self development consciousness, school support, family support, and so on.(4)Supporting factors of different gender in rural primary school teachers career planning there is no significant difference, there are significant differences in rural primary school teachers to support career planning factors different nationalities, different seniority, different titles. Korean primary school teachers in rural areas is significantly lower than the Han village primary school teacher; School age 6-10 years of teacher career planning capacity was significantly lower than other teachers teaching experience; No Title career planning capacity of rural primary school teachers was significantly lower than other titles teachers; supporting factors of different gender in rural primary school teachers career planning there is no significant difference.(5)Rural primary school teachers career planning ability and support factors exist significant positive correlation to the level of strong forecast of rural primary school teachers career planning ability, so rural primary school teachers career planning ability and support factors influence and impact force is strong.Based on the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Provide professional guidance for improving the ability of rural primary school teachers’ professional career planning. (2) Strengthen school support. (3)Strengthen family support. (4)Rural primary school teachers should strive to improve the sense of career planning and aspirations.
