People like to play and challenge,which is a manifestation of the spirit of competition.The cooperation between friends to achieve a common goal will be full of fun.Computer games,special online games,do a great convenience and fit the need of competing and cooperating,and special popular among students.The combination between video games and education has been studied for years.While consciously add the factors of competition and cooperation in educational games is rare.This is because people usually focus on how to develop a big and full educational game which has complicate story,beautiful pictures,perfect feedback,and contents enormous educational information and also implicitly include competition and cooperation consciously.It's suitable to apply these big educational games after school for the spending of time in gaming.As contrast,the little educational game is good for classroom.But it's hard to establish relations of cooperation and competition between players by the little game itself because of its poor plot.As sakes list above,this paper,from the view of classroom teaching,studies and try to develop a sort of software tools which can help teachers to create some educational games that suitable for classroom,has good supports for the mode of competition and cooperation gaming.And as a will,it tries to make some contribution for the evolution of educational game in this country.As a beginning,this article analyzes some concept associate such as game,computer game,educational game and pedagogy.And followed is the comparison between after-class games and classroom games,the special demands of classroom games and the main problems of applying educational games in a class at present based on these theories are also included.At last,this paper brings out the basic architecture of the authoring tool aims at creating classroom educational game which based on the theory of basic structure of computer game,and partly implement its prototype system.In the first chapter of this article,the background and significance of this research and the research state in and out country are explained.The second chapter describes some concepts and theories about games special computer games and learning behavior.The third chapter makes compare between after class games and classroom games and describes the limits and problems occurs in applying educational games in a class.In the followed chapter,the architecture of authoring tool for educational games that suitable for classroom teaching.The last chapter makes summary and reflection on the part of the issue which is already done.The assumption of extension that is about the train of thought on the architecture of this subject is involved in the end chapter too.
