In the new era,under the impact of the widely used mobile phone and tablet,information technology has gradually introduced into classroom teaching,and has caused some change accordingly.The teaching method supported by mobile terminal promotes a new evaluation method and new evaluating indicators.However,the existing classroom evaluating indicators focus mainly on the behavioral and cognitive aspects of the students,ignoring the psychological aspects which are essential to students' all-round development.In recent years,under the strong influence of Harvard MOOC Happiness,psychological capital theory has gradually introduced into the field of basic education.Facing the intervention of the new theories,classroom performance evaluation indicators also need to be further improved,to help teachers make more reasonable evaluation of students,while helping students have more comprehensive development.In carding the theory of performance evaluation and psychological capital,we design and develop scientific research tool about psychological capital.Through the way of questionnaire,it can investigates the students' psychological capital of N school L city A province,and analyzes the data with statistics method.The survey found that N primary school students' psychological capital as a whole was low,the psychological capital of different gender was different.The different attitudes of different parents influenced the level of students' psychological capital.whether it is the one-child had a great influence on students' psychological capital too.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data,it add some indicators about the psychological capital,put forward the research hypothesis,and take the method of education experiments to observe and verify.The experiment found that with the addition of psychological capital indicators,the psychological capital and academic records of the students in the experimental class have been significantly improved,as well as the performance of the students.In this regard,the experimental hypothesis to be verified,the participation of psychological capital indicators do contribute to the development of students.At the same time,not only can help N primary school to further improve its classroom performance evaluation indicators,but also to the future development of primary school classroom evaluation indicators system has important significance.
