Research On The Practice Of Social Work Specialty Based On System Theory

Social work is a highly practical professional,and social work practice education has always been an important part of social work education.However,the author through practice and access to relevant literature found that the mainland social work interns in practice face many dilemmas,including ethical dilemma,Internship time predicament,internship willingness plight,professional dilemma and career choice dilemma.And whether it is supervised or the government,the community is a serious lack of attention to the internship dilemma and the effect of internship,which is a question worth pondering.Therefore,the author to their own internship experience and feelings as the starting point,from the subjective extraction of 22 professional interns for the depth of the interview in the national colleges and universities in accordance with the region,school,gender,grade and other dimensions,to analyze the current social work professional practice The overall situation.System theory,as a very important perspective of social work,has been used and studied by social workers for more than four decades,and is a relatively mature,emphasizing the overall and the relationship between the processing of the theoretical system.The theory of "input-throughput-output-feedback" perspective,has an important role in the study of social work practice.In this paper,the author takes 22 students from different schools,different regions,different grades and different sexes to analyze the difficulties that the social work professional practice may face,and make the solution to the dilemma based on the perspective of social system theory,from the personal system,internship system,school system,institutional systems,government systems,social and cultural systems and so on sub-system countermeasures.
