| Since the reform and opening up,social organizations have developed rapidly with the continuous development of economic level and the development of social organizations,by the end of 2015,the national total of 1.765 million social services and facilities.At the same time,the development of the social service institutions has exposed more and more problems in the process of social development.The author also found many problems in the participation of various social services or observation survey,for example,many social service agencies are faced with the problem of incomplete social security and low salary income in life and work.Therefore,the aim of this study is to understand the current situation,problems and causes of the social service institutions' salary and welfare level.which is supported by the rapid development of social service organizations and the national policies.This study chose qualitative research methods,through interviews the social service agencies in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Nanjing and other different cities,understanding the social services personnel salary and benefits mainly exist problems in three aspects:low wages,five social insurance and one housing fund is not neat,the lack of other benefits.The main causes of these problems are the lack of awareness of the insured,the lack of funding for the development of institutions,the lack of government supervision and management of social service agencies.At the same time,this study believes that these problems will have a negative impact on the stability of the talent team,the market competitiveness and the development of high quality.Through interviews and literature review,this study puts forward three suggestions to improve the awareness of insurance,improve the relevant system and improve the state's support for the development of social service organizations. |
