Research On The Logistic Management In Independent Colleges

The emergence and development of independent college meets not only the development of national education,but also meets people's need to receive higher education.It is a supplement to the public colleges and universities and the result of the popularization of education.As a kind of school-running pattern with Chinese characteristics,independent college is an effective way to expand the scale of higher education,which has played a positive role in higher education in China.Logistics in independent college serve for the teaching in independent college.It is responsible for providing supplies and equipment configuration for the school work and meeting the need of teachers and students in food,clothes,shelter,transportation and security of everyday life,so as to ensure the development of the school education and teaching activities and guarantee the basic life of the teachers and students.Unique school-running mode of independent colleges which is different from that of Public-run colleges determines the peculiarity of logistics in independent colleges.That is,the logistics management of the independent college still does not meet the needs of the teachers and students.The paper studying the logistics management work based on Longqiao college,Lanzhou university of finance and economics as an example,found that logistics management major infrastructure in independent college can't meet the needs of reality,and the management of logistics is more important than “service” and “education” as well as the lag of information construction in logistics.Based on that,combined with the current situation of logistics reform in colleges and universities,it concludes that the causes behind of logistics management problems mainly include: the contradiction between for-profit and public welfare,relatively low in scientific logistics management level,the lack of high level of logistics management personnel,low personnel quality and inadequate information construction.Finally,drawing lessons from foreign advanced management experience and operation mode,it puts forward the correct ways dealing with the contradiction between for-profit and public welfare and offers the suggestions and solutions of implementing standardized management,strengthening the management and service function,enhancing the quality of logistics,bettering logistics budget work as well as speeding up the informationization construction.It is expected to play a certain referent significance through this topic research for the independent college logistics management.
